Hope you can help me again. On May 3rd I won an auction on ebay for Ty 7 May 2001 May releases. Auction #583909011. I got one email for her telling me her name so I could send her paypal. That was the last time I heard from her. I have emailed her twice a week but no reply. I told her I was going to report her . Her name is Debbie Simpson. Address 4708 Forest Hills Dr. Noble, Ok. 73068. Please can you help? She is now suspended from ebay. There her username is debtom2. Thanks

i won an auction #226202 on tytrade on 5/22/01 for a baldy buddy. the seller was a debbie simpson, 4708 forest hills drive, noble, oklahoma 73068. her e-mail address is tstapp1992@aol.com. she communicated with me several hours after auction closed, the details of where to send a money order, etc. as of this writing and at least 7 unanswered e-mails i still have not gotten any further communication with her or received my baldy buddy that i won. she incidently did cash the money order on 6/4/01. i only want my money returned to me. it's a rather small amount, only $17.99, but i'm sure she has screwed others out of much more. i would be afraid of her giving me a bad baldy now and i want no further dealings with her. i posted bad feedback for her at tytrade and also filed a postal fraud form with the usps. can you help at all? thanks.

On May 17th, 2001 I mailed a check for$19.99 to Debbie Simpson, for a Beanie that I had placed a bid on. This check was cashed on Maay 25th, 2001 and as of today June 19th,2001 this merchandise has been received. My concern of course is the fact this person cashed my personal check, with all my information on it. This was only my second transaction with the auction site but I assure it will be my last. Please advise what my alternative is now.
