Hello,  On 9-18, I won a Libearty beanie on Nobidding.com from Deborah Harris, "tweety2u" (thatsmrstweety2u@aol.com). The total amount due including s+h was 64.00. I sent that out on 9-22. As of todays date I still haven't received the bear, and have just found out that the money order was cashed on 9-27. I have tried emailing this perosn several times, to no avail. I am at my wits end. PLEASE help me if you can!!!!

She has not e mailed me to inform me of this and I will check the status of her order if by chance I made a mistake I will send her order out by wks end. tell her to expect a money order sent back to her for $64.00

I know it has been some time since you and I spoke via e mail.This is  Deborah Harris I would like to pay the lady back who has my name on the bad traders list her $64.00 plus what ever shipping there was.I am prepared to Paypal her money back to her.Please let me know if this is alright I would contact her myself but since she had set up mediation then I think its best to keep it that way.  Deborah

I have gotten another complaint posted on your board about me. The other complaint Nancy Causey is being sent a check today in the amount of $162.00 slightly a few cents over what the orignal cost was.Her refund has been sent delivery  confirmation priority mail. I want you to also save that for your files b/c I don't trust that she would tell you that I made good on the repayment to her.Like I said I'm trying to get all my debts paid off but I don't like someone demanding and rude in their e mails. Also tell her before she makes a false claim with SquareTrade on Ebay someone just did that to me and with the help of Paypal that lady was suspended for filing a claim that had already previously been paid back just for 30 days but she was suspended and I will give them this if I see she has taken me to square trade.They know I pay my debts. I have told her to notify you about this complaint so that we do this thru you.

I filed a complaint on traderlists message board on Deborah Harris. (scubadiverdw77@aol.com) I Brought a counterfeit #1 employee bear from her on ebay. She had at least two other auctions on ebay with the #1 Bear. She goes by duckieluckie.She is suspended on ebay.  and this is the email she sent me.

"Since you never gave me a chance to refund b/c I wouldn't send you a refund before you shipped the bean back to me where does this leave us?I am working to clear my debts as Trudy will tell you but this just upsets me so now all transactions between you and I will go through Trudy on the traderslist she has my e mail"

The check from Deborah Harris came in on Saturday. I will put it the bank on Monday, and it should take 10 days to clear. I will let you know either way, if it clears or not.  Thanks

Won auction for #1 bear on March 3,2001.Expressmailed mondy order for $133.50 on March 6, 2001. Have never received bear and can get no response to e-mails. Contacted Square Trade and they cannot get a response either. She was suspended from E-Bay on March 8, 2110.

On Feb 18 2001 I won an auction of Deborah Harris for a Libearty TY Beanie Baby. I paid for this auction with PayPal on Feb 18 2001. On Feb 24th I sent and inquiry as to the status of the auction, the return e-mail from Deborah on 2/25/01 was it has probably been sent out, but she would check. On 03/02/01 I sent another inquiry with no response. On 03/04/01 sent another inquiry with no response and on 03/09/01 sent another inquiry and on 03/14/01 I received e-mail from her with the Confirmation Delivery number on it. On 03/10/01 I received a package with a Libearty beanie baby in it from a place called EZ shop, Indianapolis Indiana. There was not paperwork in the box. In the meantime I wrote the EZ shop to see "What auction number this belonged to and how I paid for it". In the meantime I discovered the Confirmation Number on the EZ Shop box was the same that Deborah gave me. The EZ shop e-mailed me to let me know the beanie was missent and to return it or pay them $60.00. So I called them and told them I paid for it to Deborah Harris and found out the EZ Shop dropshipped the beanie for Deborah. Anyway the beanie was counterfeit and I have e-mailed Deborah asking for a refund of my $61.00 but she does not answer my e-mail. I have all my e-mails and documentations. I have informed my credit card company and I have returned the Beanie to her. I would like my money back.

The check she sent has cleared my bank. Thanks so much for your help.  Nancy Causey

I had previously filed a complaint about not receiving the #1 Employee Bear, and since that time was promised a refund of my $133.50 on 4/6/01. As of today, 4/17/01 I still have not received it, and the lady will not respond to e-mails even at the address given to me by Trudy, which is the eightieslady88@hotmail.com address. Do not send this seller any money!!

On my Paypal acct I have the 61.00 for Debra Harris' fake Libearty refund. PatPal pits it in my acct and then takes it out to pay the credit card company. I guess the e-mail you sent to me from her saying she wasn't going to do anything about it helped to speed things up a bit. Thank you for your help

I had previous complaint posted about this matter. This lady promised me a refund in April, and took down my receipt #, money order #, etc., but to this date I have received nothing from her. I am filing with the new FBI internet fraud dept. Please continue to warn people about her, and that when they find out her name they should never send her any money.
