I have waited a few months to recieve beanies from a Diana Glowacki, she is on knk,under fivecatgal, and e-bay under persiancatgirl, she just sends my e-mails back, and i have noticed she hasn't recieved more positive feedback, just acquired negative feedback, i have contacted the fraud site on knk, as i sent her $160 dollars on the 27th of august, and last time she actually answered my e-mail the parcel hadn't been sent out, she said she was ill, i posted on knk, tonight and someone told me of your address to help clear this up, she had a problem with the same woman.Please help me sort this out. the name i was given for feedback was FIVECATGal@prodigy.Net on knk. The other place she gave me to check was ebay, and on this her name is Persiancatgirl, there are problems getting any response , and recently i get my mails returned from both sites saying such a person does not exist, i wonder if i am just blocked from contacting her, or if she has moved address. I also looked on the computer and filled in a form reporting her for computer fraud, ie taking money for goods which were never delivered. That was as much as a month ago and i'm waiting for some sort of response , i am willing to purue this case as i am a student and have little money so this has upset me a lot, to be let down, after placing trust in someone. I sent the money to her international recorded delivery, the number is RI 03877617 3GB. The postal company is Royal mail in the uk,  Diana has recieved the check , she admitted this after many e-mails from me and told me she has medical problems, so do i but that is no reason to falsely take money.The amount was $159 dollars., which i sent american express as a money order, from edinburgh. I can try to find the receipt soon. I also can fill in a form to prove the letter was received by Diana, in fact i could phone tomorrow for proof of the money order being cashed. The order was peace bears, she said she had lot's of these bears, and because i had was buying so many she would pay postage, but she would never tell me the amount i had to pay post, or if it went surface mail. In the end she said it went surface post. The problem was the money was sent on 27 August, and Diana would only answer e-mails after many had been sent from me politely asking what was happening! Then the last month all my e-mails were returned , as no-one of that e-mail addresses existing!!  I know i found the add either on knk, or ty.com. Six weeks to 2 months before i sent the money, i took my time because of lack of response on her side and because i fdelt uneasy about the trade, ie she had 3 positive feedback on knk , and that was all i could find.I have unsucessfully tried to both e-mail addresses and posted on knk to find her, i will now look for e-mails and other proof as someone e-mailed me after i posted on knk to say they had to fight to get what Diana owed them, and also to warn me she had moved, but they could not find her new address. Please tell me what other things i can do to track her down

BAD SELLER - AVOID!!She promised refund if I was not happy with bear - I returned to her over a month ago.. NO REFUND SENT..WILL NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS :O( BAD!!!!!! She offered me some high-end Indonesian Peace bears, claiming that I could have a refund if I was not happy with same after I had received them. I paid, did not like, returned, never received a full refund. She owes me $45. I wrote to her several times, she finally changed her email address, I think, as the letters began to be returned as "undeliverable".  Her email addresses that I know of have been persiancatgal@prodigy.net and fivecatgal@prodigy.net. I had contacted the police about Diane and had received mail from them that they would contact her and try and mediate my complaint. They had written me back that they had contacted Diane and that she had agreed to send my package to me and that she would send confirmation number to them when she sent the package. I have received nothing and have not heard anything else from the police. This last correspondence was written by Diane on December 2, 2002 saying that she would mail out the package on December 4th and send the police the confirmation number of the package. I have sent you this correspondence.  lmk thanks
