hello i was refered to your site to help -w- a dead beat, any help would
be greatly appreciated. i got burned by Dickson or Eddy Chow aka ebay ids

i believe he is located in Scarborough, Ontario Pay pal found in my favor, but won't refund me, and ebay refuses to do anything he/they canceled that account. There are 330 chows in Scarborough, and i am in the process of calling them all. i have communicated -w- others who have been scammed, but no one has any other info on locating them. heres the pay pal message

I sent him $41 through paypal for batmanbeyond vcds, he emailed me a couple
times because i was bidding on the on ebay, but i didn't buy them from him
there. the name he used was eddy chow i have most of the emails from
him. first he contacted with the zeta email address which was then the primal
was his pay pal account at that time, the he replied -w- th kchown address.
i asked about any previous ebay accounts because at that time monkeys had
no feedback, and i believe it was linked to the zeta email address

Cautionlist emailed him several times at all the email addresses but did
not get a reply. Email sent to primal999@yahoo.com was returned with message
that account is over quota.

Won an Ebay auction for a Transformers PVC Grimlock figure for $28 US in Feb and a check was mailed out/cashed in later Feb/early Apr.. Mailed to Scarborough, Ontario.. Did not receive items for some time.. Tracked him down on a Transformers dicussion group and got ICQ account from a friend.. Said he was busy at school and item would be shipped.. Nothing.. Have not heard or seen him online for several phoned.. Filed fraud report with http://www.phonebusters.com/ I suggest other people do the same to build up a case against this guy. I have most email and cashed check sent to this guy John
