I recently posted an ad on Dizbeanies requesting to trade my Xmas Jesters for whatever. Domenic Megna answered my ad and we set up a trade for his v1wdw Easter Pooh and Ty Sammy Bear for my Jesters. On January 27, 1999 he advised me that they were mailed out and on the way. Two weeks later my beans did not arrive. He acted surprised and said he would put a tracer on them... which he never did as I did not receive the form from the Post Office. After three weeks I asked him to please just send back the Jesters. He accused me of being a cheat. When I asked him to think of my overwhelming positive feedback. He requested time and said he would make the trade right. I have not heard from him since. He has done the same to at least two other traders who left negative feedback for him on ebay and beanienation. This guy is bad news...he is ripping people off all over the place. I
have never gotten my trade back from him nor the ones that he promised to
me in our deal.

Dominic answered my Ad on beanienation. I checked his ref and they were positive.
We agreed to ship at the same time My mwmt Japan Exclusive bunny pooh for
his Mwmt Millenium. I mailed on Januray 28th he contacted me on 1/30 stating
he had mailed millenium and had I mailed Pooh. 1 week later still no MILLENIUM
I emailed him NO RESPONSE, I emailed him agian and accused him of not sending
and that I was going to post on ALL the boards that I knew of he emailed
me back (OF course once I threatened him) stating "how dare you say your
going to post bad feedback on me who do you think that you are saying things
like this?" I in turn said it was the only way that I could get him to contact
me. I asked if he INSURED he said yes and I told him I did to. 1 week later
still NOTHING I emailed him and told him to send me a copy of the insurance
slip and that I was going to send him a copy of mine. I sent it CERTIFIED
return receipt 2/11. Well someone signed and he has it AND STILL NO RESPONSE
so then I posted NEG feedback on BN once i did that I saw that someone else
had recently posted neg. feedback as well and we've now talked and have found
5 or 6 MORE people he's done this to. DO NOT TRADE OR BUY FROM Dominic Megna

Unfortunately, out of all the amazingly great people I've had the pleasure
of buying beanies from..I got scammed. I'm not sure exactly what information
that you would like me to post, I've had to deal with this guy since Nov.
98!! (I finally had enough of his abuse when he e-mailed me and told me that
if I posted any negative information about him on the web, he'd go around
trashing my name. Here's my story. Our original agreement was that I would
send him a M.O. for $40 plus shipping and when he received the cash he in
turn would send me a V1 Tigger DST and a V1 Eeyore DST. As soon as I realized
that he'd sent me the wrong versions I e-mailed him. He was very apologetic
at first and he promised to make it up to me!! Yeah right!! I agreed to keep
the Tigger DST, it was a version I didn't have yet, but I didn't want the
Eeyore DST. He offered my money back or I could chose one of an assortment
of beanies that he had available. He told me to go ahead and keep the Eeyore,
if I chose to accept another beanie. I e-mailed him several times for a list
of what he had to offer he never got back to me. The Christmas holiday's
came and we lost touch with each other. It wasn't untill the end of Dec.
98 early January that I heard back from him. At this point the trust factor
had started to go downhill. When I sent him an e-mail with two current beanies
I was looking for he told me he had one of the beanies that I had asked him
if he had available, then he changed his story. He returned my e-mail by
sending me the first of at least 4 nasty e-mails. He also renegged on his
offer to let me keep the Eeyore DST. I decided to be patient, because at
that point I just wanted my $20 back. We worked something out, but that fell
through, when I didn't follow through with shipping him back the Eeyore DST,
and he completely stopped e-mailing me. I finally got in touch with him by
e-mailing his sister. From that point on he started calling me names. About
the last 3 e-mails he sent, I was referred to as "a pain in the ass"!! After
I asked him if he would go through a middle person to make the exchange,
my $20 for his curent Eeyore DST, I got another verbally colorful e-mail.
When I finally asked him to just send me my money back he flat out refused!
The rest is history. I've already received one e-mail from a person I've
never done business with who commented on the fact that I'm "rude and irritating
to do business with". If this is the sacrafice that I have to go through
in order to warn other's about this person, so be it!!His name is Domenic

Cautionlist emailed this person but although the email went through they
just ignored it and never responded.
