this is the problem i have. donna bulter-taylor user name is dbutler1258. her address she gave me was
p.o box 38589
houston tx 77238.

i had sent her a check for the amount of 63.50 almost now 3 months. i brought a beanie baby called new face brown teddy. she also used to answer my emails, she said she had been sick but didnt forget about me, that was the last time i heard from her. her email address is dbutler58@hotmail.com. . now i dont hear anything from her. i think that is all i am surpose to tell you. any question please let me know. tina blobaum

I am responding to the false charges that were sent on ttblobaum behalf. The package was mailed out some time ago, and has not been returned to me.. I have been checking my messages and have not received the package back. I have not committed fraud against anyone. This person can contact me, and as far as putting me on the bad traders list, I believe you need to get your story straight before you accept false or misleading information.

i read your email that you sent to donna, and the response she gave you. she didnt send me a confirmation number , and in the beginning she said when she sent out the package she would email me a confirmation number. she is such a lier she told you she has been checking her messages and she told me she hasnt been on line for a while, i told her maybe she should check her emails, since she takes peoples money for product they buy from her, she said she would mail me my refund . i told her i wanted it by wednesday. hopefully she sent it out. ill keep in touch and let you know. thanks for all your help tina This is the email that I got from her:

This is my first time online in a few weeks or so. As I told you before your beanie had been mailed. I did not know that you never received it. I will be glad to refund you your money. I don't need to be dishonest with you or anyone else. I sell beanies online as a hobby, and I don't make a living trading beanies. I am sorry you feel like you have lost your money. If I had been on line daily, I would have known you never received the beanie. My retired beanies are shipped out from another source. Let me know what you would like to do. Again, I will be glad to refund you your money all you have to do is ask. And as far as you bidding on my auctions and not paying, go ahead and try what ever you like.

donna emailed me and said she would put the money in the mail early saturday (today) i let you know if i get it tina

No refund.

Thank you for that information. Her refund was mailed dated june 4, 2001.

i got the refund check from donna today thanks will let you know if it does not clear.  tina
