On 11/21/00 i made a trade with Donna Jenkins (this is the name she gave me) for amazon gift certificates i sent her thru paypal $73.00 the email address she used for the paypal payment was coralee_123@hotmail.com after i had paid her the next day i was still waiting for the gift certificate codes so i emailed her asking her to send them to me ASAP because i wanted to place an order i got a snippy email back stating i was unreasonable and she would not deal with me also she stated i had not paid her so i forwarded her the payment confirmation i got from paypal the night before and i have emailed her several times with no response unfortunately for me she is not a verified user thru paypal so IM not covered under their fraud protection when i did this deal i had no idea about their fraud protection policy Mrs. Jenkins had auctions on ebay so i emailed the wining bidder on Mrs. jenkins current auction advising her to be careful she and told her of my dealings with this lady she has been in contact with me and another lady who also got ripped off by Donna jenkins we have found out she uses the email addresses: coralee_123@hotmail.com,loveme4ever@instantaccess.net,maciemay@instantaccess.net, IM out $73.00 the other lady (Annie) is out $128.00 i want my money back IM providing the names we know she uses first names are:Coralee, Mae, Donna, Macie, And Jamie

On Nov. 24th I made a deal with her "off" Ebay for some amazon Gift Certificates. I emailed her several times and we discussed the price etc.... I paid her thru Paypal immediately. She said she would send them registered mail and did not want to do it online(thru email ) because she had a problem one time before with some one she emailed codes too. She said this way the would be coming to me sealed from amazon. Well about a week went by and I hadnt gotten them yet so I emailed her, she emailed me back and stated they were mailed the day after I made payment. So I waited another couple of days and emailed her several times every day. She never answered me back. So by this time I figured out she ripped me off. I was very upset she got me for $128.00. I started doing some investagating on ebay and found that she has had 3 and I think another Ebay ID. She bid on her own stuff to give herself positive feedback. I then did a request for her personal info from Ebay. It was all fake. But it my opinion it connected her together. The names she used was coralee, maciemay@instantaccess.net, yearoundxmas(this one got me) I then started emailing people who had won her other auctions telling them what I beleived had happened and everyone responded with the same thing. They all paid her thru paypal so she had all our address'es but we had no info on her and she never sent their items or responded to their emails after payment had been made. She got alot of people. I did this first with the ID yearoundxmas. Then I went thru the feedback of coralee. She is no longer a registered user on ebay and I beleive it was because of the same thing. People paid her but no items were recieved. She has a total of 45 feedbacks and 6 were negitive but several of the positive and neutral comments were intended to be negitive (you can read them if you would like) therefore Ebay suspended her account. So then I started emailing the people who had left negitive feedback for coralee and some responded. At this point I was looking for a real name address anything! OK from there I went to maciemay@instantaccess.net and did a feedback search. It stated 0. I clicked on the 0 and it showed me that she had 2 postives and 4 negitive remarks for her. For the same thing as the other ID's. The positive feedback was left from "yearoundxmas". Now maciemay had left 2 positive feedbacks for yearoundxmas. I then did the same thing as I did before I emailed everyone who had done a deal with maciemay eveyone responded except yearound(but she is the one who stole from me). I will inclose the info I have from the ID's from ebay.....

I could not get the contact info on coralee cuz shes not a registerd user anymore. Notice the names.  OK now when she emailed me with her info she signed the emails Donna but then she gave me the email address coralee_123@hotmail.com and I was to use the last name Jenkins when I paid her. That is how I first thought to look for coralee on Ebay. OK so now the other people are responding to my emails and stating she used the address of coralee_123@hotmail.com, and others. She was using the names macie, mae, may, macy, Donna, and jamie. last names were mae, may, lewis, jenkins and hay. I received an email from alot of people and one email gave me her name, address, and phone #. He had saved his info from a transaction he had done w/ her. He said her name was Jaimie Hay, she lives in Canada. So I was on the right trail!! I then went to Yahoo auctions did a search for yearoundxmas and seen she has done the same thing on Yahoo!!! I am so angry about this!!!!! I have contacted Ebay and they did suspend her acount(yearoundxmas) but said they could not connect her to anyone else. I contacted paypal and reported her but I am not sure what good it has done. I did email eveyone and tell them to contact Paypal, I figure the more people who would complain about her and her stealing we might have a chance on getting our money back. My problem with paypal is that she wasnt a verified seller, so they don't have protection for me and that I didnt use a credit card . I already had funds available in my account. I did call Jaimie Hay on the phone and tell her I know who she is, where she is, etc..... and she denied everything. I did throw her for a loop when I said I now about Maciemay too. After she was quite for a bit after I mentioned macie may she then admitted she was Jamie Hay and Coralee but did not know Macie may. Funny that the email address I paid was to a coralee!!!! I told her she had 1 hour to put the money back in to my account or I was gonna file charges!! well of course she didnt give me the money so now I want to file charges!! The thing that got me is when i was telling her what she did and I know who she was etc..... she was not upset. I was telling her I was going to file charges with the attorny general, her local police, ebay, paypal, fbi, dateline, 20/20 everybody and she didnt get upset or question me. She just kept saying she didnt know what I was talking about. In my way of thinking if someone was to call me and threaten me with all of this and I did not do it I would have a million questions!! How did you get my name, #, all this info? I would ask them for thier name and # and beg them to please let me look into the situation before they reported me to the police for something I did not do. Know what I mean? I have all the emails from her and I have tried to track them. All I can figure out is that she used a free email address loveme4ever@instantaccess.net I wish I could find a way to track it to Jamie Hay's computer account(online). I did contact my local service and I was told short of a court order instant access will not give me any info. I also have all the emails of people that responded to me if you would like their emails, or copy of what they sent me. I have Jamie Hay's address and phone # too. If you would like any other info that I can help with please let me know. I hope I have covered everything on this matter. I really would love to see this person pay for what she has done if my mind she stole $128.00 from my kids. The money I paid her with was what I was purchasing thier Christmas prestents from Amazon/Toysrus.  Please keep me posted on this matter. OH another thing the deal I made with her was off ebay. On her auction listing it had said "please contact me if you would like to make a deal off ebay" I would have never found anyof this out if I hadnt started emailing others that did make the deal on ebay. The other e-mails she has are coraleee@mailexcite.com , jaime@total.net and even jaimh@hotmail.com . I have had another person contact me trying to get payment or merchandise too. Fortunately she only got to me for around $22.00. I thinkthat she thinks that since she is in Canada, she is immune from any form of prosecution. Good luck and let me know what you accomplish.

I have never even heard of Jaimie before. And as I stated in my previous email, got I scammed by a "yearoundxmas" on ebay just before christmas. This is was yearoundxmas at ebay, she emailed me from  loveme4ever@instantaccess.net which was her registered email address, never  dealt with another. This is the info that she gave to me.

I bought some Toys R Us gift certificates from them, paid $90.00 for it and never saw them, no emails back....pretty much it. I have gotten nowhere with her at all and have not been able to get ahold of her or anything. I would think that somehow we should all be able to band together and go after her somehow??? Any more info needed as well, just hollar. Sharon

I was referred to you by Annie. She took 21.00 from me with two $10.50 dutch auctions on Yahoo. Queen of Beenz is another alias of the other persons, regardless of what she argues. Queen of Beenz's contact information is listed as Lyle West. Not only does "yearroundxmas" have feedback from the "West Family" on yahoo, but if you do a search by email address on AOL instant messenger, the ID for "yearroundxmas" comes up as being "Laura West".  I am also betting that there is no such place as "Maine, PA". I hope we can trade information on this fraudulent seller. I am compiling a report of people who have been scammed. I have information on three other people. I am going to forward  this report to her local police department and share the information with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center) She should not be able to get away with this.  Misty Fischer

she was a bad experience on ebay for me last year. she used th maciemay email address. she gets a lot of her email addresses through instantaccess free email system and she uses different people's personal information that you send her for transaction for the free email addresses. i would contact ebay and lookn these emails up there to see the similar stuff  thanks   jodie

My experience with "yearroundxmas" was on ebay for an auction I had  won. She only contacted me to give instructions on where to send my credit card information on paypal. Since then I haven't heard from her ever. I've sent about six emails, unsuccessfully contacted her by telephone to a disconnected number, and contacted ebay. They investigated and to make a long story short, a month later - suspended her indefinitely from ebay due to nvalid user contact information. The email address she gave me was "loveme4ever@instantaccess.net" and her name was Donna Lewis. I did report to ebay that I though maciemay was her also & that she was shill bidding, however this was unsubstantiated. Well  this is really all the information I have. Hope it's helpful

I got your email address from Annie who said that you are the one to email my complaint to about a fraudulent transaction that I experienced on Yahoo! auctions. This is my story: I bid on two separate auctions on yahoo. Each one was for a $26 gift certificate to amazon.com. Coralee_123@hotmail.com had a "Buy it now" price of $13 on each auction. So I went ahead and did that. I sent her an email and she replied that I could go ahead and pay her through paypal, etc. and that she would email me the codes w/in 24 hrs. of receiving the payment. I paid her $26 out of my paypal account. (I did not need to use a credit card so I could not even get my credit card company to reverse the charges.) I never heard from coralee_123@hotmail.com again. I sent her several emails and never got a response. I posted very negative feedback on her and noticed, when I did, that someone else had also been a victim of her fraud in the meantime and had posted feedback. Well, not only is she a fraud, but she is also just downright evil because then she started posting negative feedback on me saying that I couldn't get the email codes because I hadn't paid, etc. I emailed her again saying I had paid. She again posted MORE negative feedback on me saying that all she was asking for was a confirmation from paypal. So I sent that to her as well. I then contacted yahoo! auctions twice regarding her fraud and they basically said, who cares, it's not our problem. I also contacted paypal about her and they said they would investigate, but it is doubtful. Thank you for listening to my story.

I was scammed by yearround christmas on EBay a little while back. after invetigating her I founf out the maciemay, coralee and yearround christmas were all the same people. I bid on and won a Donkey Kong 64 game from her and sent her 49.00 with paypal and never recieved the product or the money back. I have filed fraud complaints with EBay and the IFCC. She is all bad news! I will be happy to give you any other information you need Thanks Pete Van Driel

I just wanted to let you know Paypal gave me back my money from her today. They said they had frozen her acount so she couldnt get any money out which I find very amusing!! But she never responded to any of their attempts to solve this matter. So the money I got back today was from her account not from paypal!! I think she is a joke but I just wanted to let you know my status has been resolved. I have emiled everyone else to let them know to contact Paypal and Im sure they will get their money back too. Thanks for all you help!!  Annie
