You helped me a few years back with a bad trader and I am afraid to say that
I think I need your help again. I agreed to purchase some beanies from Edward
Annan in early April. He had ads posted on Up4Trade between April 9th and
April 10th. We agreed to prices on the beanies that he was selling and I
sent him a money order for $176 on April 17,2003. When I hadnt heard anything
from him, I emailed on April 29th to see if he had gotten my payment and
sent out my beanies. He emailed me back quickly and said that he DID get
my payment and that the beanies 'had been shipped'. I emailed him back that
same day and asked him to send me the date they shipped and the tracking
#.......since it had been 12 days since I sent the money order, I wanted
more details. I have not heard from him since. I have emailed him at least
5 times with no reply. It has now been 8 days since he last emailed and said
that my beanies were on the way and still no package and no responses. His
imformation is as follows:

the sale took place through Up4Trade.com......his USER ID is his email
address. I called information and he does not have a listed phone # in the
502 or 270 area codes. I dont really know what else to do. Can you help me?

Edward Annan posted on up4trade, beanies and buddies for sale. I made
a deal to buy a Germania buddy from him. He received my money order, as I
e-mailed him and asked. He e-mailed me back and said he did and that the
buddy had been sent. That was on April 24th. I have not received the buddy
and he will not answer my e-mails.

I am one of the people that Edward Annan of Louisville Kentucky scammed from
up4trade trading board. Thankfully my loss is only $11.37 total. That is
a $10.00 money order, a dollar for the money order and 37 cents for a stamp
to post it to him. He will not answer my e-mails. He did e-mail me on April
24th in response to my e-mail to him asking if he had received my money order.
He e-mailed me back saying that he had received it and that the buddy had
been mailed. I have not received it .

I also got taken by Edward Annan. I was lucky though as it was only for
$10.00. This was on up4trade. He no longer answers his emails.

I have had responses back from 2 others that have posted on traderlist.
He is taking people for small amounts, I guess hoping they will not worry
about it. But, as you know, it isn't the amount of the money - He is a BAD
TRADER. He gets $6, $7, & $10 from Heaven knows how many.
