I won a x-lg Peace bear on auction #1485780. I mailed a money order for $80 on the 4th of Feb, it was cashed on the 11th. I have not received my bear and the seller has not returned my 4 e-mails. This person is going by the name of Elan Fleksher at loptom@worldnet.att.net. or by the name of Wulf Ryzhik. Any suggestion as to what my next step in getting my bear is, please let me know. Please beware of this person, he does not deal in good faith.

there was a simple misunderstanding. I have contacted them and we have worked something out. Please do not threaten me in the future because I do not appreciate it.

Thanks for the help, I don't know what you e-mailed him, but it was the first message that he has ever acknowledge to me. All he said is that it was a long story as to why I never got my Peace and rather then going into it he will refund my money. I hope he is sincere about it. Many thanks again. Barb

On eBay, he has the user ID: umass1823.  I made contact with the person. What they did basically is bid on several different (but similar) items. Then when he won all the auctions, they just paid for the one they wanted (lowest price) and told the others to jump in a lake. They were the high bidder on my eBay item and did not pay. They sent me an e-mail confirming that they have no intention of paying.I sent for his contact information on eBay but got back "Esther Ryzhik" from Newton, MA with no address and a bogus phone number. The e-mail account was kenoz1853@yahoo.com. I was actually successful in getting him to e-mail me. But when he e-mailed me, the name that appeared on the "from" field was different from the one listed on his eBay contact information. The name was "Elan Fleksher". I did a people search on Yahoo and found a Fleksher in Newton, MA (Newton is a suburb of Boston). I also did a Google search and found his name in your database in Newton, MA.  He apparently also uses aliases. According to your bad trader list, he has used Wulf Ryzhik. I did a people find on Wolf Ryzhik (notice the name is spelled "Wolf" and not "Wulf") and found a Boston area address. On eBay, he is listed as Esther Ryzhik from Newton, MA (which I found quite amusing). Anyway, whoever he is -- Esther, Elan, Wolf, or Wulf -- he is bad news. I have his original e-mail if you need it. Thank you so much for providing this valuable service! I hope this information does some good.   Peter
