I put an advert up looking for tush tag protectors with Ms.Janie and Liz answered my ad with the offer to trade.Our first trade went ahead fine so we agreed to trade again as I needed more protectors.We also agreed that if I sent her some UK exclusives to sell on a stall she had started up then Liz would cover my out of pocket expences for these.

I mailed out my 2 boxes on the 7th Nov 2001.Liz emailed me on the 20th Nov 2001 to say my boxes had arrived the other day and that she had sent off the money order for me the other day and she said she had ordered the protectors for me too.

I emailed her on the 21st and the 29th Nov to keep in touch with my hunt for exclusives for her,Liz didn`t reply.On the 4th of Dec I wrore to tell het no money order had arrived here and I was worried as she hadn`t been in touch.I emailed again on the 8th Dec and on the 21st I wrote to say if she hadn`t been in touch before 2002 I would take action of writing to trader list and the Texan police as she was leaving me with no other options by not emailing me.

Liz emailed me on the 2nd Jan 2002 and explained that due to her house going on fire she had lost everything,hence why she had not been in touch.She said the money order was lost in the fire and she hadn`t ordered the protectors yet.This contradicted her email of 20th Nov.She was keen at this point to complete her end of the deals.

I replied on the 5th Jan to say I was sorry about her circumstanses and that I`d give her `till the end of the month to send the money order and that I would still be looking for the protectors as agreed.This may sound "hard",but I called her local fire department and they told me that they could not recall her fire.

Liz emailed on th 14th Jan to say she`d Have the money ready in another week and the protectors were being worked on.I replied to her on the 18th and since then she has not been in touch.

Also I have found that she is active in ebay as *tearz* and trading/buying/selling regularly there with no problems and has excellant feedback,which leaves me puzzeled as to why she has treated my trades in such an bad manner.

I live in Scotland in the UK and any help to complete these trades is most welcome.I am also happy to move on any advice given that if all fails to take stronger action against this bad trader,such as police involvement etc between our counties.
