she goes by baby03 and she has a new story avery time time , i bougth garcia the bear 32.00 coral casino the bear at 10.00 and the thank you bear at 15.00 +shipping witch come to 64.50 + 90 cents for my money order.if you need a copy of her post i made one and i made copyies of our e-mail and no i did'nt think to check her out.this at started no march 9th. and the more i thorough of it the more i know some thing was up but i had all ready sent my money order no the 10th of march. then on the 11of march a re cane on her post from her that read like this what a joke this is ........too bad people bought into it......n/m. a lot of people sent in a re. to her post.-here is one of her e-mails to me have gotten it and gave the money to lady she sent the bears out today.that was march 17th. the next one i lost off my e-mail but i do have my money order receipt ot show i did indeed send her the money. the next time she e-mailed me it said i talked to mary today and she showed me a receiot prooving that the bears indeed were sentout. if you are still not satisfied i meaning me will be more than happy to refund your money. please let me know as this is not my fault. i talked to the postmaster and he said they are tracking the package rigth now. please let me as again this is not my fault . thanks bethif you need more i will get it in order and can send it to you. thanks alot . mary-

OK THIS IS MY SIDE OF THE STORY I HAD HELPED THIS LADY SELL BEANIE BABIES AND I GAVE HER THE MONEY AFTER I CASHED THE MONEY ORDER SHE WAS TO SEND THEM OFF AND I WAS WITH HER WHEN SHE SENT THEM OFF. I TRYED TO TRACK DOWN THE PACKAGE AND STILL HAVE HAD NO LUCK IN FINDING IT. I DID INSURE THE PACKAGE AND I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE POST OFFICE. I HAVE TRYED TO CONTACT HER BUT NO REPLY ON THIS MATTER. PLEASE GIVE ME TIME AS I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THIS PACKAGE IS. I DID INSURE IT AND AFTER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME THE POST OFFICE TOLD ME I COULD COLLECT THE INSURANCE THAT SHE INSURED IT FOR. PLEASE GIVE ME TIME ON THIS MATTER AS I GET WITH THE LADY THAT WAS SELLING THESE BEANIE BABIES. ONCE I GET THE INSURANCE MONEY FROM THE POST OFFICE FISHLADY WILL GET HER MONEY BACK GURANTEED. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS NOTICE.

Elizabeth had ad beanie babies for sale at Ty.com BBOT site March 9, 03 I have contacted Elizabeth the same day and agreed to buy 2 beanies from her and we made an exchange of mailing addresses and I had sent a postal money order with certified mail March 10th. seller received my money order 15th and cashed 17th. After she got my money she didn't answer my e-mails for 2 weeks. She suppose to send my beanies on the 17th but she never has sent beanies and didn't responded my e-mails, so I e-mailed her that if you do not respond my e-mail or send my beanies I'll report to the bad traders list and report to authorities in her city, and than she finally respond was said she didn't have the items but she will send back the money April 3rd. when April 3, came and gone and she had not sent back the money, so I had e-mailed her again and she responded with more excuses saying that she didn't have any money to send and I'll have to wait until April 25, So I waited again and I e-mailed!

Elizabeth on April 24, and reminded her about sending money order the next day, when April 25th came, Elizabeth e-mailed me and pretends to be her mother saying that Elizabeth had died a week ago and said that she needs 2 more weeks of grieving time and she'll send me a money.   Elizabeth Shorter is a professional scam artist she taking your money and never intends to send your items or the your money back. She ads for sell the items she never has in her possession to begin with and way out her trouble saying that she is die. She is a odd strange person. LOOK OUT.

UPDATE It took almost 2 months I finally got my money back from Elizabeth Shorter with help of traderlist. Thanks for the great help!!!    Hyon

I bought a Thank You Beanie Baby Bear and a Coral Casino Beanie Baby Bear for $25.00. She sent me a money order for $25.00 refund about a week ago. It took me about a month to get my refund. She said she did not have the beanie babies and sent the refund.   Thanks.    Wolf Girl
