the trader goes by "ImErinBear".......She says her name is Erin Pendry and she uses P.O. box 370 in Germantown, Maryland......she lied to me on at least 2 occasions and of course, I mailed beanies to her that she denies receiving and has not mailed any beanies to me.

I will be happy to put into the mail a bunch of e-mails involving "ImErinBear" and a number of other people during this time period..........Unfortunately, I did not insure this package but I do have my post office receipt proving that I did mail a package that day for $3.00 and another for $1.47 ( the one for 1.47 made it to the other party - "PNTHER2996" and it had beanies in it) so the "circumstantial" evidence is also in my favor along with the fact that she LIED! I will be happy to forward to you.


Update: October 27, 1998

I received a copy of what Erin sent to you and there are 2 things in particular that I would like to point out: (#1.) I never said anything about Erin sending first, the deal was to send at the same time, which leads to (#2.) That she has LIED to you as I already sent you proof in my initial complaint that our deal was to send at the same time........It's in her own words in that message to me on 10/10/98. I will be happy to send you further info....in fact, I have already put together a packet of messages involving this matter and I do intend on sending them to her local Post Office, the Germantown Police and the F.T.C....Give me a street addres and I will send them to you also.

When Greg and I first put this deal together I told him, as well as my references, that I never shipped out first. He agreed to ship out first. He knew that when I received his then I would mail Goldie and Snowball. Well, as of today October 27, 1998, I have not received the beanies and I e-mailed him and told him that. Did he have them certified or registered? I don't know, all I know is that as of today I have not gotten them. Also, if my name is slandered in any way on any list, I am going to sue. I am a Paralegal in a law firm and am a very honest person. I do not appreciate people telling such lies. I have great references.

For your information, it does not mean that it got lost in the mail, it could mean that someone took the package. COME ON!!!
