Comments: I ordered several beanies from Frank Vanderpool back on October 31, 1997. I sent two separate money orders for the beanies and to date have not received all beanies ordered. Frank "supposedly" sent them in two separate boxes as noted in the boxes..box 1 of 2, but the second box never arrived. I e-mailed Frank several times and spoke to him as well and he assued me that he would "make good" on the deal. When I spoke to him this past Tuesday he stated that he mailed the second box last Wednesday 11-26-97 and they still HAVEN'T arrived!!! Why did I receive beanies ordered from Massachuetts (further than Kentucky) that were mailed ater than the ones ordered from Frank? I e-mailed him yesteday and told him that if I hadn't received my beanies/and or a reply from him yesterday afternoon, I would put his name on the bad traders list. When I instant messaged him last night inquiring here the beanies were he replied "didn't you receive my message" and promptly signed off from AOL. Frank never sent me a message and as far as I'm concerned has cheated me out of $50.00!! If Frank comes through on this deal, I will delete him name.

Comments: I am very disappointed that I have to post about Frank Vanderpool again. Upon waking this morning I received an e-mail from a person who is not an AOL member stating that they had dealt with Frank before and it took 6 months to get their beanies. In re ding that e-mail it pretty much confirmed that fact that I had been taken for $50.00. I accepted the loss, however Frank decided to contact a friend of mine who these beanies were for accusing her of being the one who sent me the e-mail. Frank stated that the box of beanies that I DIDN'T receive had been signed for which is not true. Frank also sent my friend a continous loop nasty note and shut her computer down 4 times!! In addition, Frank was going to file a claim with the post office that the second box hadn't arrived and then tells my friend that the box was signed for!! Frank used UGLY VULGAR language and threatened to plaster her name as well as mine all over the internet. This is an unfortunate situation that occured and if anyone has any quest ons re. Comments: SECOND PART... So Lynn decided to trust him and be patient. She is anextremely patient person but enough was enough. She again emailed him stating that this is December and yet no beanies. He then made a story up and blamed her MEDICAL office for the lost package. Well I decided to email him last night and I sent him a very nice letter kindly asking him to make good on his deal and no questions would be asked. In the am Frank sent me the following email and I WILL WRITE IT EXACTLY THE WAY HE SENT IT TO ME EXACTLY..."I o e her just 2 teddys she got the rest of the order and someone from her office sighned for them so she can cotact her post office they have a reciept i will plaster her name all over if she cont to try to ruin my name i have alot of people that i do busine s with and they know i am good for my werd...." Lynn then made the posting earlier today and Frank was notified and or read it. He must have placed my name on his buddy list because he was monitoring me as I would come on and offline. I came online at approx 1220pm and at approx 1230pm Frank began to i stant message me with continous rolling email first stating over and over again "IS there a problem" then "Hello There" then proceeded to call me a " REAPER" "PSYCHO" and other inappropriate and vulgar words which I will not write here. He placed these me sages in a continuous loop that locked my computer's down and I had to reboot inorder to get back online. Frank did this to me 4 times intentionally. He also sent me continous instant mail that continuously changed colors again locking my computer system own. He then proceeded to threaten me and my sister stating "I will screw you each time you get on line and ruin you each time you get online." He then stated he would for sure go out of his way to ruin LYNN's name and her reputation anywhere he could rui her name whether it be on trading posts or messages boards but he would go to all lengths to ruin my sister.Comments:.. Frank Vanderpool also threatened to locate our addresses which I dont know if this means our home addresses or other email addresses. Frank has Lynn's office only address and doesnt have any of my addresses except for my email address. He has threatened t do whatever he can to ruin us in all aspects of our lives and dealings with AOL and the internet. He stated "I will do this each and every time that you or your sister goes online" he then proceeded to say "scre- you" and proceeded to use other inapprop iate language. I think he is referring to locking down our systems each and everytime we go online which unfortunately he is very good at doing.. He has 2:10pm. I finally blocked hi from my instant mail and email now. But before I figured out how to do this he sent me another instant message..."How are you I reported you and your sister all over the net for your little bullcrap scam espicially your sister trying to scam beanies fro people for a sick little boy!!!!!!!!!!!!"He began to say other things but I was successful at blocking his instant mail. I have reported him to AOL and will report him to the Attorney General's office If I have to. It very much saddens me to have had the e dealings with a person such as this. I am glad that dealings such as this nightmare are far in between all of the nice people out there. It is just very unfortunate that my sister was trying to do a good thing for me and him and that she was the one to et the short end of the stick.

Comments: Frank Vanderpool and I traded beanies I had paid $800.00 for . He was supposed to overnight me a magenta teddy, I sent mine ,he did not , just gave us a phony tracking number. Frank refuses to send the magenta bear or send back my beanies. He is a thief. am not alone . their are 4 of us who have been taken by Frank. I have called the police

I personally have NOT had a bad trade w/this person, but I have seen many many postings on the TY board, as well as smaller message boards about a FRANK VANDERPOOL. Supposedly he accepts VERY large amounts of money, then never sends beanies. Typical bad t ade. He has changed his e-mail address several times, as well as his phone number. He has been reported to the police and other authorities. I guess that he is still out there trading. Beware of FRANK VANDERPOOL!

This man/idiot/thief is also on this site under the e-mail jellox666@aol.com. I have been looking for this thief for a while now trying to help the other's he has ripped off. He accepts very large amounts of money from mostly women who are looking to buy beanie babies. He accepts the money and never sends out the beanies. Well after doing a little research on this guy, I found out he is living in Newport, Ky (my home town) his current e-mail is jello@one.net and he currently lives on Central Ave. If you have had some bad experiences with this guy please e-mail the Newport Police department by going here http://www.newportkypd.org. I have been told they are currently looking for him but I cannot prove that. But I wouldn't be suprised if they wasn't. I hope I can help out some people by posting this.
