I SENT HER $300.00 FOR; REP#1 BEAR-MWMTS & BILLIONAIRE BEAR#3-MWMTS. WHEN I WENT ON THE SITE TO LOOK AT HER HISTORY SHE HAD SOLD THE REP BEAR#1 BEFORE IN JUNE 2001 TO ANOTHER GIRL ON THE SITE CALLED: ShannahE, AND THE DAY I WAS ON SITE TO LOOK AT ALL THIS SHE HAD ANOTHER BILLIONAIARE BEAR ON THERE FOR SALE WHICH WAS THE BROWN ONE.   THE NEXT DAY  WHEN I LOOKED AGAIN AND AFTER I HAD SENT HER AN E.MAIL WITH NO SUCCESS THE BILLIONAIRE BEAR WAS NO LONGER ON THE SITE SO DONT KNOW IF SHE SOLD THAT ONE ALSO OR IF SHE WITHDREW IT.

PAT I HOPE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HELP ME IN THIS MATTER. I KNOW YOU MUST THINK THAT THE AMOUNT SHE ASKED FOR THESE BEARS SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT TRUE BEANIES BUT SHE SAID THEY WERE AND I AM NOT THAT MUCH UP ON THE PRICES I JUST THOUGHT FOR THAT PRICE I WAS GETTING SOME THING REALLY SPECIAL AND IT TOOK ALL MY SAVINGS FOR BEANIES TO PAY FOR THEM I TOLD HER THIS BUT SHE CANNOT HAVE A HEART HOW MANY MORE TIMES WILL SHE GET AWAY WITH IT AND I NOW WONDER HOW MANY OF THESE FAKES HAS SHE GOT

1: if they had been genuine billionaire bear #3 and Reps bear #1 at the price she charged would i have really sent them back ? i don't think so from what people told me when i said i was getting them they were worth 10 times as much as i thought i had paid for real TY beanies . so i don't think i would have been complaining

2:How could she have sold the same Reps bear #1 to another person in june 2001 on the bargain and haggle site sold to ShannahE on 6 /25/2001 product code 54304 and this person did buy it because her feed back comments on the site were "Quick shipping" so does G Woelz have a constant supply of these very rear beanies as she then sold  the same bear to me again 2 months after.

3. the day before i sent her the e .mail about my fake beanie she had yet another billionaire beanie on the site for sale. Then noticed the day i told her about my beanies and that i was going to send a e. mail to the site, her ad had gone of the site and not because it was sold i don't think as it didn't come up in her history. now did she take it off or did the site take it off i don't know because neither of them replied to me .(i do have a copy of it on my computer)

4. had she been an honest person wouldn't she have answered my e.mail because i am sure i would have done if somebody accused me of selling a Fake, but she didn't do that until she realized she had got caught and had to respond.

5. do i really need all this hassle when i am at the other side of the world i don't think so if i had bought off her what i thought i had bought i would be rubbing my hands with glee and not trying to get my money back, because if that was what i wanted, the original ty beanies that i thought i had bought would have given me 10 fold of what i paid so i think that is a poor excuse i want my money back because i had to save it up a long time, to be able to buy a beanie that was rare, and that's what i had been looking for, not to try to rip somebody off. and if that had of been the case surely there would have been another way of paying for it where i could have done so, (i don't know but im sure there will be) and what about the people i have swapped beanies with in the US i could have ripped them of by saying i had posted when i had not and just kept there's, there is other ways i could have gone if my intention was to rip her off and WHY am i explaining myself to someone who's only intentions is to rip honest people off.

I have spoken to my solicitor who says that I can take a civil prosecution against her. I will not let her get away with conning UK residents into buying fake beanie bears.
