Basically, he sold 97Teenies for $125, collected money and didn't have the beanies to ship. He claims his friend committed the crime and he is not responsible. I have been in contact with the Special Crimes Unit of the Maryland State Police, and they say the case has been turned over to the State Prosecutor, with the complaints of over 20 victims.
