I sent him $133 for guaranteed authentic libearty. I won a Libearty on aution on Ebay. I only bid on it because there is a 30 day money back guarantee. He mailed me with mailing info etc. Aug 8, I paypal'd the money to him and have not heard back since, will not respond to emails etc. I thought maybe he's on vacation, although any good seller would inform anyone he is dealing with of this. I have heard from a couple of other people. I am no fool, I have 125+ positives on Ebay and that many on KNK. Paypal started refunding people's money August 1 so Iwill get it one way or another, but I can't file with them until 30 days after the transaction. What amazes me is 40 more people have left positive feedback in the last two weeks. I was concerned at first but knew I could get my money back eventually. I am contacting Ebay and anyone else I can.

Firstly, GREAT site, if only I'd known about you lot before!!!!!!I recently won three auctions on EBAY, seller was a GABRIEL TANG on each auction. After initial email contact I requested three money orders from bidpay to be sent to him. I've just received the first beanie and its a FAKE. I have contacted bidpay to try and cancel the remaining orders. As yet they have not replied. I am also contacting EBAY to see what the next course of action is. Unfortunately I live in the UK which makes contacting the police/mail office harder I suppose?? His email address was; gabetang@hotmail.com and his given address was:

I won spot the dog #413886626 and bubbles the fish #413896006 from Beanrus e-mail Beanrus@yahoo.com on Aug22nd got e-mail on the 23rd from dialogix@hotmail (mandy Ng) they said if I was to pay with paypal to send it to mybeanie@mail.com last name Ng or by money order send to Lai Yee Ng 9682 Telstar Ave. #113 El Monte, CA 91731 USA. Again I got a warning from a different person telling me to go to tradelist.com, Again I went, Well this time I found the same exact address but a different name (Gabriel tany) wrote this lady on the 23rd never heard back. I am not going to buy from these people because of the fraud i read about in California, I know I'll get a bad feedback from e-bay but that's worth it to save my money, I wish there was something I could do, to try to stop these people if they are really fraud.
That is really my question to you, could you help me in any way? if you could I'd really appreciate it.

I have ordered a beanie babie from a woman i believe is the same one from your trader list. Her name is Lai Shan from Rosemead, Ca. She refuses to answer any emails and called my home telling me to send her the money. I sent her a m.o. for $16.00 to a p.o. box #. She never replied or sent my beanie yet. She is operating on ebay under a new email address. Most of her feedback looks fake to me, it is very similar to the emails on the caution notice. I obtained a phone number for her but that is also phony. I tryed to get in contact with the postal inspector for Rosemead but can't get through either. This address she is using is

I have not spoke with ebay, i thought i would try you first. i am not concerned with the money or the beanie, i am concerned that she may be bilking people out of thousands of dollars along with her friends. Their is quite a few people in the same ring. Please look into this matter and find out if in fact these are the same two people which i think they are. Thanks.  Please advise me on what to do next. I have sent numerous emails to her, she will not respond.

Just a note of thanks-had I not looked at the bad traderlist - I never would have known about this person. They tried to sell me a Britannia buddy - and I know once I got it, it would've been a fake. So, thank you, www.traderlist.com and the people who post here, you saved me from getting ripped off to the tune of $54.00.
