I bought a Seamore from him and so did my friend Theresa. We thought they looked funny so we sent them to Peggy Gallager and she confirmed they were fake. Goldzone was told this. He was also suspended from Ebay for a couple of weeks but is now back on and selling more Seamore's. I sent the Seamore's back to him (mine and my friends) as he said he would pay us back but he won't answer my emails and I have not gotten any money back. I sent them return receipt requested and he signed for my package so I know he got the Seamore's back. Anyway...what do I do? Please let me know. Thank you for your time

I went to retreive my mail, and guess what? There was a $62.00 money order in there from Goldzone. Sure wish I knew his name. Anyway....it was your letter that got him going and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Complaint filed by: sowhatsthestory@aol.com

A couple of weeks ago I won a Seamore and a Radar on E-bay from E-toyz. After I had sent my money, several people emailed me saying that they had gotten fakes from them, but it was too late. Today I received my obvious fakes. I did write to E-toyz and requested my  money back, but there hasn't been a response. I learned through many emails, and more come each day, that the FBI has been alerted, but I am not 100% sure of that. I would like to get my money back, but don't know how to do that. Do you have any suggestions? These are quantities for some of the beanies he sold in Feb. What are the odds of having these quantities anyway - Tabasco:20, Radar:45, Manny:38, Buckingham:32, Sting:15, Seamore:21, Maple:80, Brittania:54, Splash and/or Flash:70, Coral:39, Bubbles:20, Sakura:19 and lots more.
Thank you in advance for your help and advice,
Danna Taylor

The following are the details concerning my transaction with e-toyz.

On 2/15/02, I bid successfully on e-bay for Ty Nipponia bear beanie babie, item 1703031624, price $25.26. On 2/16/02, I sent my personal check in the amount of $31.26 ($25.26 plus $6.00 shipping) to e-toyz inc., 9251 Chapman Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92841. I received these items from e-toyz on 2/25/02.

On 2/14/02, I bid successfully on e-bay for Ty Tabasco the bull beanie baby, item 1804571101, price $9.99, and also Ty Britannia the UK Bear beanie baby, item 1702635278, price $20.00. On 2/15/02, I sent my personal check in the amount of $36.99 ($20.00 plus $6.00 shipping, and $9.99 plus $1.00 shipping) to e-toyz, inc., at the above-noted address. I received these items from e-toyz on 2/23/02.

I sent all three of these items to Peggy Gallagher Enterprises, Inc, a beanie baby authentication service, at a cost of $44.25 plus postage to mail the items, and was informed all three of these items are counterfeit. This is the info:
User ID: e-toyz,
Name: Kim M Ambriz,
City: San Marcos, State: CA,
Country: USA, Phone: 714/721-7707

On 3/11/02, I phoned this number and got a voice mail and left a message that I had purchased beanies from them and they were not authentic and to contact me so that we could arrange for the return of my money and the beanies to be shipped back to them. I also sent an e-mail to e-toyz@pacbell.net on 3/11/02 that read as follows: SUBJECT: UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. The beanies I purchasedfrom you are counterfeit. I would like my money returned. Please contact me at ritacappomaggi@aol.com. I have had no response to either my phone call or my e-mail. As noted on their auction site when I bid on the above items, it states "Satisfaction and Authenticity guarantee valid for 30 days from date beanie ships. All sales final afaer 30 days from ship date." I have contacted them within the time frame they imposed and have had no response to my request for the return of my money since I most certainly am not satisfied and the items are not authentic.

I appreciate any information and assistance you can provide.
