I traded with Heather Hembree on 12/12/03. We were to mail on 12/12/03 which I did with Delivery Confirmation. She received Kissy Bear from me. She was to send me Tinsel. She never sent me the Confirmation number and I sent her a few emails asking for it and didn't get a response from her until I emailed her again and told her that tracked the package I sent her and knew she received it. She emailed me the day after Christmas 12/26 and told me that she addressed the package to me wrong and got it back on 12/24 and would mail the next day and send me the Confirmation #. She never sent me the Confirmation # and I emailed her a few times again and she finally answered, saying that her husband mailed it and didn't do Delivery Confirmation. I have emailed her again the past few days and no response from her. I emailed her again yesterday and told her that I was reporting her to traderlist. Still haven't heard from her and still haven't received the package.
Any help from you would be appreciated.
I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. I HAD A +200 ON BEANIE NATION AND I HAVE
GOOD FEEDBACK ON EBAY.

Response from Ms. Hembree when mediator, Pat requested proof of shipping.
THAT WAS MONTHS AGO, I DON'T HAVE PROOF. I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER TINSEL TO SHIP.
THEN WHAT ABOUT ME, THEN I WILL BE OUT A BEANIE.

I belong to Addies Attic and I had a pre trade with a girl by the name
of Heather Hembree.I sent my Discover to her September the 4-5'th and she
was supposed to send me 2 x Denver when they came out from the show about
a month later.I e mailed her when I seen quite a number of traders trading
them and asked when she was sending mine and she said they had not come in
in her area yet.A week later I seen her trading some on the board and asked
if she sent mine and she said yes.I waited a month for my package which never
came and when I e mailed her at the time she says she had the flue but it
would be going out tomorrow for sure.I again waited then e mailed her and
she said would send again.I made a trade with a Nadine Burke and Fuzzy Thayer
to get the Denvers as they were all ready retired or sold out and I had to
guarantee my 2 that I collect. I have never gotten her end of the trade and
when I try and ask her to make good the trade she called me names.I have
asked for proof and she says filled out a customs slip but cannot prove she
sent.She says there is no way to send a package to Canada with a tracking
number which is false.I have asked a number of times for my Discover back
but she also refuses.She disappeared for a couple of weeks and then came
on the board with a new name of Heather Snyder with 0 feedback rating.Why
would someone with only a 7 feedback change their name and start from a 0
feedback again if was honest.I have another e mail from a girl in the UK
that she did this too also at the time and can forward her e mail to confirm
also as we both got the same stories.PLMK if there is anything you can do
to help me as she has posted I am an IDIOT on the board when she took from
me and cannot prove nothing.I have mail that does not come directly to my
home so there is no way it was delivered like she says.
I THOUGHT ABOUT IT AND I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU OR DEB RUIN TRADING FOR ME. I WILL BE BACK TRADING AND YOU PEOPLE WON'T EVEN KNOW IT.
