i have recently been mailed a fraud alert on nhan phan and i researched it
for over 12 hours, he is listed several hundered times in the white pages
all over california, he asked me to mail my check to thanh tong in garden
grove, ca. now all of a sudden a person by the name of beanies$$ is selling
all the same items that nhan02@post.com , when i requested info on this beanies$$
he is listed as thanh tong , same person i was to send my money too, he is
selling the same beanies as this other person, including the same mark mcgure
cards #401, too much of a considence, how are we suspossed to buy secure
genuine beanies with all these games going on. now than nhan phan has complaints
on his account, he quit listing but they are all on thanh tong. please help,
people are getting ripped off. thank you. also his phone has been disconnected
and he won't return my emails

1. On 08-05-00 I was successful on a bid for a BESSIE (ebay #399083573).
Received an e-mail from Huynh, 4009 Shandwick Lane, Birmingham, AL 35242
acknowledging that I was the successful bidder for this BESSIE ($27.00 +
4.50 for shipping).
2. I mailed a money order for $31.50 and have not gotten a beanie yet.
3. Received an e-mail from another bidder with a report that this person had been suspended in July from e-bay. I e-mailed Huynh and told him about the suspension report and the response I got was "hi, the beanie will be mail to you once the money is recieve. thanks".
4. On 04-19-00 I got this response to another e-mail "yea, yea, yea , whatever"
5. This morning I sent the following e-mail and have not had a reply yet.

I won "Bessie" Item # 399940690 and "Bubbles" Item#399927934 on e-Bay from
trustgiv (trustgiv@yahoo.com) on August 6th of this year.
I sent a Money Order in the amount of $65.52 including s/h to the following address:

I received the Beanies 3 (three) weeks later, and discovered they were fakes....
I already had a "Bessie", I was buying this Bessie for my daughter for Christmas, so I HAD my "Bessie" to compare it to....And the one V. Huynh sent me was AN OBVIOUS FAKE.....
THE MOUTH ON BESSIE IS WIDE AND SORT OF FLAT, the orginal has a full round mouth....
THE WHITE STRIP OF MATERIAL THAT RUNS DOWN THE CENTER OF THE BEANIES HEAD IS STRAIGHT DOWN THE BACK OF THE HEAD TO THE NECK SEAM, the orginal ends at a "V" at the back of the neck.
THE LEGS ARE SMALLER, The orginal has longer, fuller legs.

AS FOR "BUBBLES", THE MOUTH IS STRAIGHT, NO INDENTATIONS....The orginal has a indentation to form lips...HARD TO DESCRIBE THIS FLAW....

Long story short, I've sent my money order for Splash (ebay item #398969512)
and have not received my Splash. Trustgiv won't reply to my countless emails.
My money order was in the amount of $27.50 and I've read that there is a
$24.00 deductible to place a claim with Lloyd's through ebay.
After sending the money order I received numerous emails warning me about trustgiv's less than stellar reputation as a seller with ebay and that he is indeed suspended. Not good news to someone who just mailed money to the man.

i sent the fake Maple back to the above person. My package I fully insured
where he had to sign for it to get it . I sent out a tracer on this package
and they have no record of it. Sept 21st I can file a claim on it.
I did receive E-Mail to send it back. My question is I was sitting here thinking
where to send the package to ? Because my M/O went to Birmingham, Al. 35242
but! my package came from Santa Ana Calif.

I won an Ebay #404262416 auction off Trustgiv@yahoo.com. V Huynh contacted
me and told me to send the $55.01 + $4.50 shipping to him @ 4009 Shandwick
Lane, Birmingham, AL 35242.USA. I sent the money on 12 August and it was
signed for on the 25 August. He has not replied to any of my emails and has
not sent me my bear. I have filed a fraud report, and he has been removed
from ebay using the trustgiv email address.

I have been working on tracking imortal4ever from eBay. I bought 2 fakes
from him. He offered to REPLACE them. I declined. I have contacted all winners
of his auctions for the past month, and have received about 50 replies...all
are very concerned and very eager to help...and authenticate. Here is what
I have on him: The ID he uses is imortal4ever. The email address he uses
is GUMPFOREST24@yahoo.com I requested the contact information from eBay and
the account is registered to: Sean T. Huynh (ring a bell?) of Birmingham,
AL. The address given to me from the auction is: Gump Forest, PO Box 382394,
Birmingham, AL 35238. The name at the top of his emails is Mark Cample. Don't
you think it is really strange that he uses the name Gump Forest as his name
to make the money order out to? What is also strange, is that you have listed
on your BAD list from Birmingham, AL....Hien Van Huynh.....AND he is also
connected to the GARDEN GROVE crooks!!! The auctions I won from him were
Britannia and Bubbles and I paid by money order.These are what he has sold
in the past 30 days: Bubbles (33), Radar (34), Sting (21), Tabasco (21),
