I hope that you some how will be able to help me. On Oct 28, i won a Bronty Beanie on ebay (auction number1655007536), for $50 + $10 postage, total coming too $60. I then sent payment by paypal to
Jesse Wercheiser
( handle: lauffin10).
I then received Bronty a week later and i was disgusted to see that he was a fake. I have never had a fake beanie in my possession before and i was a bit dissappointed by it to be honest. I then contacted Jesse Wercheiser and she said that she was sorry and she would refund me if i sent it back. I thought that was fair enough, so when i contacted her to say that i was going to post out the next day, my e-mail got returned to me, her e-mail address was no longer valid. I contacted ebay for info, and they sent me a totally different address to the one i had been given to send my package back and totally different name. I posted bad feedback for Jesse and she emailed me back with a new e-mail address and left me a horrible message, saying offensive language and saying that she was going to keep my money now. She then left bad feedback for me in retaliation of the negative feedback i had left for her. The only thing i had been guilty of was paying for this beanie immediately after the auction was over by paypal. The thing is i don't even know if Jesse is this persons real name as they are now listed on ebay as a totally different name and address.

Im glad that i did not send the beanie back as i feel that they would have kept me money and the beanie. The only thing i don't want this fake beanie and just want my money back, thats all! I would gladly post the beanie to you, but i am afraid that i will get nothing if i send it to them as they have seem to have several address and names.I would appreciate it if you would try to help me, i think ebay insures all auctions but i don't know if i am insured against receiving a fake beanie. I just want to be refunded and forget about it thats all. the email that they used before their new one failed is lastlaugh1029@aol.com. Their new one that they sent me the horrible message with ( i have forwarded it to you again) is LEEWAY77@aol.com. I have contacted ebay about this and the horrible feedback this person has left me as a result of me sending bad feedback to them for sending me a fake bronty,and they said they were unable to remove it as it did not meet the standards for them to be able to remove it. I asked them to help me but i got no reply about that part of my problem. I am now stuck with a fake bronty (very fake) i don't know how this person was supposed to think that i would acually think it is real!, fake bronty and now out of $60 aswell. When i had contacted the seller to say i was sending it back their email (lastlaugh1029@aol.com)was no longer valid. All i want is to be refunded for this beanie and let that be it. I am afraid that if i send this beanie to them after they changed their last email so quick that they will not refund me at all and probably will change their email address again once it is sent. Not that i want a fake bronty in my possession but i was wronged. You can check on ebay the auction (auction number 1655007536) this person clearly said this beanie was (AUTHENTIC) that is the only reason i gave her the money i actually took her word for it. She gave me her so called address to send the beanie back too, but when i asked ebay for info on her, they sent me a totally different address too the one she had given me. I don't know what this person was up to but it wasn't honest. and the funny thing is i left feedback for her and no one can read any of it as she has it secured so no one can view it. Me on the other hand am left with horrible feedback from this person and all i was guilty of was paying this person immediately once the auction had ended on Oct 28, by paypal. Please help i am so annoyed and don't know what to do next. This is email from her:

This person has scammed me and several others before. They have been banned from several auction sites,but now i have been informed they are back on ebay (id:onceagain1077). Their old handle there was (lauffin10) you can view the negative feedback there. Do not deal with this person.After i sent the fake bronty back they refused to refund me and have done the same thing to several people.
