Hi! I am writing of my own experience to report a bad trader because I don't want others to be taken advantage of like I was. Her email address that she used was Thatsminenow@aol.com Her username that she used was i_won_it. also( 2 nautghy)Her address as obtained from Pay Pal is
829 Henderson Street
Deltona, FL, 32725.
Recently, I saw a posting on EBay for a set of 12 old/new faced teddies. They were up for auction or could be purchased for $200 (US) prior to auction closing. I chose to buy them and now truly regret ever seeing the auction in the first place. I have several issues with this sale gone bad. Firstly, he/she is misleading people into buying items that she has not even seen. Also, she is falsely advertising the products that she is selling, and lastly, she is misrepresenting the product as a trademark Ty Beanie Baby product. He/she stated in the auction that the beanies were in hand and ready to be shipped. She lives in Florida yet the package was shipped directly from China. It would be physically impossible for her to have seen the product before sending it out to me. The bears that she sent were not at all as described in the auction. The bears were supposed to be in mint shape with mint, tag-protected tags... great to give away. The bears that arrived were in shabby shape. I would be ashamed to give these away. The seams are poorly sewn, with strings hanging out. There are holes where the noses are riveted. The tags are bent and unprotected by tag protectors, not at all as was promised. Most importantly is the fact that the picture featured with the auction shows the beanies with the word "Ty" right on the picture. This has to be classified as copyright infringement at the very least. She has knowingly committed fraud and false advertising as well. After this bad experience I went back to try and get more info. on this seller but she had blocked her feedback to private. This is not the actions of an innocent person. Please help me to stop her from continuing with these unfair sales and make her answer for her actions. I really need to get my money back and see some justice done. I have tried to deal directly with her but with no results. She feels that she has gotten away with this. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely,    Colleen Young

First of all I need to know who you are and What your number is. Because There is no address and no number to call. Just who do you work for? And there is no mail fraud going on here. She got just what she paid for. Even when she tried to complain to Paypal they closed the case. Oh and the auction never once nor in any of my eamils to her did I ever state that they are really. Nor did she ever ask. I have all saved emails between us. And remember to send all your info in your next email to just who you are. Phone number address etc. I have been doing this for sometime now and well. This does scare me. I am not in the wrong here. Like I stated to her in an email. These were for 12 OLD And NEW Faces Beanie Bears. Not once did I ever say that they were TY. So, she got just what she paid for. And if anyone is going to turn anyone else in here. It will be me. I will charge her w/ harassment. Thanks and Have a great day.

LOL. you are full of shit. She knows as well as I do that I already sold that set and that she was getting another set from someone esle. That they weren't coming from me. And if you were who you said you are then you would look into things alittle more. You will be turned in. For I will not reply to any more of your emails. And she knows that she wasn't getting that set. Next time you may want to say who you are. And yes you have to give out your number address and info to who you really are. You have been blocked. and you can tell her she has been too.

Cautionlist did tell her name and webpage info but would not give out phone number or mailing address as she did not give a reason that she wanted it. She was asked if she had information to send by mail but ignored that question.

I have gotten ahold of Paypal and Ebay. For you posting my personal info. Paypal said that they never relisted my personal info. And that they are checking into it. And they are checking into why you have stated that you got the info from them. I have also gotten ahold of Ebay for that is the only place where you could have gotten my info. Thanks. And I will be filing a compliant against you and your company as well. I have all you emails and hers. And I have to where you would give me your company address and phone number. And that statement if false all the way around. I will be getting ahold of traders list myself regards to this matter. Thanks

10/28/01 I was among 7 winning bidders of this seller's(User ID:'2nautghy') Ebay Dutch auction #1654989329 for 12 Pierre Beanie Babies @$20.50 each + $5.00 shipping. Just minutes later that same day (10/28) I was winning bidder on another of this seller's Ebay auctions(#1654993185) for 1 each Smooch Beanie Baby @$23.50 and since both auction site stated "$5 for shipping no matter how many bears you buy", I emailed the seller at the yahoo.com address and asked her give me her name and mailing address and also to confirm the combined auction prices of $49 due her including the $5 shipping so I could send out a USPS MO to her the following day. This person responded with only an address. I emailed her again and asked for her NAME as I would not send a MO with Payee name line blank. That brought a response with , (street address), Deltona FL 32725". On 10/29/01 I purchased USPS MO #03130034556 for $49 at the Stevensville MT PO, completed the required information and mailed the envelope right then at the PO. prox 2 weeks later, I began receiving emails from other Pierre auction winners asking if I had either heard from the seller or, received my bear. All other buyers I heard from had made their payments instantly online through PayPal. I was the only one of 7 who had mailed a money order. In that period of time I had also heard from another person who was winning bidder of 1 each Pierre Beanie Bear on 10/20/01, paid instantly through PayPal and claimed she had not been able to get the seller to respond to her emails, nor had she received the bear. (Approximately 2 weeks after that, the person again emailed me with the news she had finally received her bear - more than 5 weeks after that auction had ended.) Over a 2 week period the other dutch auction winners emailed the seller numerous times inquiring about our bears with no response. On Nov 9, 01 we each received a 'form' letter from the seller - Subject: "Ebay WinnersPlease Understand" - stating "your item has been shipped" and giving a variety of reasons (including PO openings and closings without notice due to the 9/11 NY incident) as to why we might not receive the bears right away. She inserted a very peculiar paragraph: "Please note that if your item does not arrive then you maybe up for a refund. Given that enough time has past under these matters at hand". She also claimed she hadn't had access to the internet because she had been moving. the other winners submitted complaints to Ebay and PayPal with PayPal response being they had contacted the seller and she claimed she had never listed anything at auction nor had she received auction payments of any kind. I filed a mail fraud complaint with the USPS, have never been given the info as to when/where my MO was cashed or by whom. That office in Chicago sent a letter to the seller/copy to me and told me to wait until Feb 8th and if I didn't hear from the seller or receive my merchandise, to fill in their form letter and return it to them. I did that and have heard nothing from that office since then. I also filed a fraud complaint with the IFCC but other than receiving an acknoledgment of my complaint, I've heard nothing from that office. Recently, one Pierre winner sent me a copy of an email she received from Ebay in response to her complaint and it said her complaint was foundto be valid and she would be receiving a check for a (very small) percentage of the amount she had paid to the seller - $16.00. I did not realize until too late that I too, could have filed with Ebay but I had mistakenly thought their 'Fraud Protection' was only afforded to those who used Ebay's online payment methods. I have printed out copies of both auction sites and also have the other winners email addresses and correspondence. I am wondering if there are others who have been scammed by this seller and/or, if anyone knows of any criminal actions have been filed against her. (I was given the 'thatsminenow@aol.com' email address as the one used to receive payments through PayPal accounts.)

Hi Trudy - I am absolutely furious!! Here's this back doing business on Ebay - buying this time under thatsminenow name. Check out th ID Card where it says "Member since: Tuesday, Oct 12, 1999" -- Ebay KNOWS who she is and is still allowing her to be a member? I am just frothing at the mouth over this! I will get in touch with Ebay and ask why she's allowed to even BUY (especially that camera for $785!) when she has scammed at least 8 people and Ebay doesn't seem to be doing anything to help us get our money back. Doesn't make sense to me and tells me Ebay does not care who does what to whom. I will also notify the Postal Inspector's Office and IFCC of this revolting development! I'll wait to hear back from you. (Incidentally, "Bea" (stevi3298@cs.com) is the one who emailed me with the information

I was one of the "winners" of the Pierre Bear Dutch Auction.  I have two email addresses for her, jdttd@yahoo.com and thatsminenow@aol.com (that's appropriate, huh?). I also got nothing.   Thanks    Cathy Robinson

I won the bid on a TY Dotty with multi colored spots that was advertised as MWMT. Only when she arrived, she had 4 small spots of something brown and hard matted in the fur on top of her head. I tried to pick them off and used a wet towel to try to remove them the best I could, but the fact remained she was NOT 'MWMT' as stated.I contaced the seller before I left her feedback thinking she would either offer to take it back or give me a partial credit for the damaged item - she offered neither stating that everyone else who rec'd an item was completely satisfied with their purchase. She said she couldn't understand where the spots came from since Dotty was never played with. I wasn't happy with the response, but never the less, I understood when I bid that it was a "no return" auction. So I took my lumps and left neutral feedback for her. She never left me ANY feedback - I'd say her integrity as a seller is questionable at best.-Emma

Traderlist mediators have received information which states in part:

I have been trying to work on this for years now. As you have me listed on your site and I would like to be removed. I can fax you all the docs that you need. Jack Dolan has been known in the past to use me name. I was once married to him....I had no part in his eBay or on line trading buying or selling accounts.

He even placed a UPS account in my name for which was over $17,000.00 for which I had to have removed. As it even went to court and everything. And the only one that ever signed for anything was him. So, they could not hold it against me as it was his eBay account and it just linked it to my name.

I even have proof where he tried to open and use my 3 year olds daughter names on eBay.

Thank God I found out about it before it got bad. As I only had to prove to eBay whom he really was. And who my 3 year old really was. And that the fees belonged to him not a 3 year old. They finally after months of staying on top of things.. Forward the fees onto him.

It has been a long and hard past few years. As he still leaves messages online. I hope that no one finds out what this is really like for a family to go through.

Traderlist is withholding the name of this person, but you may contact us if you have concerns.
