I bought the following beanies on ebay in April. The guy (Jamie) has cashed my cheque well over a couple of weeks ago, I emailed him and got no answer initially, he then emailed me and said he had been away and he thought he'd sent the items, now he will not respond to my emails. It's not a great deal of money, but it is the principal. The auctions were for 5 Pompey beanies, all different auctions as detailed below.

Returned back from holiday this weekend, and yesterday was a public holiday here so today I went to the post office to pick up my parcels and I received the 5 Pompey bears from Jamie. Thank you for all your help with this,  I would never have gotten them if not for you contacting him. I do appreciate it. Unfortunately for Jamie he/she now has negative feedback on ebay.  Best wishes    Mo

I pursured a TY beanie on e-bay (item ref 3127763616) on 26-04-2003 for £8.50 inc post , sent a cheque which was cashed a few days later but have no goods. Beanie was Pompey.

I received your name and e-mail address from mo.francis@ntlworld.com as she had the same problem with this chap as I am having. I purchased a TY Pompey Bear, through EBay, on 18 Apr 03. I sent this individual a money order for the bear on 22 Apr 03 and it was cashed on 2 May 03. for $25. which was slightly more than the item cost but I wanted to keep it to a round figure. This individual goes under the e-mail address of - jamiemoody2001@boltblue.com - . He has been suspended from EBay because he had 6 negative feedback's on 18 transaction of which most of the feedback was he being the buyer. I E-mailed him on 17 May and again on 26 May and he hasn't responded nor have I received my bear. Mo said to get in touch with you because you helped her get her Pompey bears. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. The money involved is minimal, but the trust I have put in this individual, which he has not returned, is what really bothers me. I hope he is not that desperate for money that he cheats people. The following is information I have on him --
