I saw a listing on the Beanie Board of Trade for a Garcia beanie bear at the purchase price of $35.00. I e-mailed back saying I was interested in purchasing it. She e-mailed me back as of February 28th telling me that as soon as she received payment from me she would send the Garcia bear out and give me a confirmation number. I sent the check the following day and i receivied an e-mail from her that she got my check on March 6th and would send the bear out on the 7th. In anticipation of the Garcia bear I waited patiently thinking the bear would come in a matter of days, nothing has happened since.

The purchase price was $35.00 with $5.00 shipping and handling.   I tried to e-mail her yesterday and the day before and the e-mail was sent back to me with a message that it could no longer reach its destination. I find it strange to have had contact with her so recently and now it seems as if it is non-existent.Please if there is anything that you or your staff can do even if it is a matter of simply getting the check money value back it would be greatly appreciated. It is just a little frustrating when all the trades that i have made on the BBOT have been so successful and this is the first time that this happens to me. Again if there is anything you can do it would be greatly appreciated. I did not see any feedback on her and instead of e-mailing her again I sent a regular letter to her address as of Saturday March 15th with as yet no response.
