I was also a victim of Jason Cowley. He ripped me off more than 2 months ago.  I sent him $80 cash for a Karl Malone Autographics card which i sent with  return receipt. Obviously, i got back the signed returned receipt but i never  received the card...This guy uses Beckett online and Ebay to ripp people  off...he has many email addresses he constantly changes...the only way i  could keep track of him was from the help of others who were also ripped off  by him. Since gettin his new email address, i have been in contact with him.  But he pretends as if he has no idea who i am, so most of the emails after  that contained mostly insults and profanity back and forth...i have left him many negative feedbacks on Ebay for others to see, but he tries to do the same to me also...but i think he has been suspeneded from Ebay...This guy really has ripped off ALOT of people, and the total amount of all the stolen stuff is quite large....I hope there is really something we can do to this guy and I want to try help as much as i can to stop this guy, please let me know if u need anything else. thanks, jessie

Well he ripped me off on a trade. The deal was for a NrMT Ken Griffey Jr. 89 UpperDeck rookie for a Marcus Camby Game Jersey card. I sent it to him insured, and I still have the postal receipt. I tried e-mailing him, but all I got was the run around and a lot of swearing. He has called me a liar in the responses that he did send to me. He doesn't believe we can catch him, so hopefully something will come out of this. If there is any way I can help, please PLEASE let me know ASAP. Thanks, Daniel

i was riped by jason a few years ago on becketts trader page. i sent him a 40.00 grant hill card but did not get anything in return. got the usual excuses. "i did not get your card", " i sent, you didnt get yet?" a whole line of crap from him. he is a major thief. ripped alot of people that ive heard.

attempt at trade- I sent duncan credentials numbered out of 80 some odd [value $3-400] and Jordan encore #/125 [value about $90+]-he sent emails that he never received. I wrote it off to bad luck then contacted some other traders who indicted this character as a thief, so decided never to deal with anyone without numerous references that can be checked and verified.

i have been ripped by this guy a couple of times..he still owes me $400 worth of cards.. i managed to get back about a $1000 worth back i have all these emails of his from different times and his userids  he was using Courtsideking as a beckett id but i think he got banned and then logged on as another person once again it is Insaneklown or Insaneclown...this guy is abusive and swears his head off...he is very manipulative considering the amount of people he has ripped off...i want to know if anyone can do anything about getting cards off him for all the people he has ripped?lmk

People,

Have been in contact with the Sydney police and they can't seem to be able to do much about Jason Cowley without some prompting.

To have any chance of recovering your stolen goods you must call the Police Assistance Line and report the incident.

Obviously the more people that report him the better chance of something being done, so please forward this to any others you are aware of that have dealt with Cowley.

Something must be done to stop him and we can't wait for someone else to do it, so be sure to ring and report him. They are able to track ID's used for registering PO Boxes and some of the flats/premises he has used, so something can come of this, be sure to help out.

In the interim, be sure to avoid any dealings with Sydney PO boxes (especially James Neilson, probably is selling your cards as we speak).
