I was given your address and was told that you help people that have been taken. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.I have corresponded with Ron and Jennifer [leonard9@flinthills.com] as they too traded and are being ignored.I have reported this to CN Fraud and I am trying to contact ebay.Jeannette Bero is the name that I was given and email is ChristianPeters2@gmx.de  I sent a Maple Buddie, Maple Beanie and TD Digger. She was to send a Germania Buddie, Germania Beanie and a Sakura. This person has been avoiding me and if I could get what I sent back, I would be happy If you read the email, she said her car was broken into and packages were stolen so she had nothing to send. I am going attach below what I sent earlier to you and if you read from the bottom up, this is all the communication I have had with.

I was told that I could contact you and you might be able to help. Since posting a bad trader alert on several trading boards I have had a response from 2 others stating the same thing: Here is our problem.  On July 5th we made a trade with a lady by the name of Jeannette Bero from Germany. I have her my references to check and she said I could check her on ebay under user Sparsau on the German version. Well me not speaking German she walked me through it and saw she (well thinking it was her) had a 700+ feedback. Since this time I have been informed that this user name Sparsau has a completely different email address than the woman Jeannette does. I ship my packages with Global Priority which is guaranteed in 3 to 4 days. I have made several trades to Germany, UK, Canada using this Global Priority and they all have said they have gotten there packages in exactly the 3 to 4 days so I know this lady has received my side of the trade. Our trade was to be my Lt Blue Peanut Buddy and 2 USA bears for her Germania Buddy. We agreed on shipping them out on July 10th. So I sent my side of the trade out and emailed her to let her know and she was to do the same. After not hearing back from her I emailed her and she replied that she had been at work late and missed the post office but would guarantee 100% that she would mail them out the following Monday. Well Monday came and still no answer. So once again I emailed her and she replied that someone had broken into her car and stole 9 Germania Buddies. She offered me 3 Germania Beanies in return or my package and cost of shipping back. So I told her I just wanted my package and cost of shipping and now it is July 18th and have never heard from her again. I have emailed her SEVERAL and I mean several times, like everyday. This is the same story she told both the other ladies who contacted me. The one lady had not shipped her items out yet when she got the email from Jeannette. The other lady has also sent her side of the trade (her Maple Buddy, Maple Beanie and Tye Dye Digger Buddy for a Germania Buddy, Sakura and germania Beanie) And has tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of her and never has heard back from her again either. First I called a # given to me, which is the # of her neighbour, Jörn Meyer. He was very concerned about me, calling him, because he hardly knows her better that a "good morning" in the stairhouse. But He sometimes takes pakated or important mail for her, when she is out. Like all friendly neighbours do.  After telling him, that his name is involved as well, he turned out to be much more helpful.  Well he knocked on her door and told her who's on the phone. I first talked to -I guess it was- her boyfriend and he gave me their phone#. which is +421-8098303  When I called her, she was very cooperative and seemed to be really shocked about her name involved in any bad-trade-story. She told me that she never traded for beanies to US. On request, she gave me her email adress. which is gaensebluemchen@gmx.de and her user ID on ebay, which is princess_de.  those two don't match, but the e-mail adress of Princess_de is jeannetteb.@gmx.de , which makes sence to me. (since you can't register on ebay with freemail-adresses anymore she might just have forgotten that she didn't register with "gaensebluemchen" - which by the way means "Daisy")  she told me that some month ago, there were some packages at her front door ( which probably were "recieved" by her neighbour meyer), but since she didn't know where they came from, she took them back to the PO and resent them on senders reciept. so ( if she spoke the truth) they should return someday. I ask her to let me know the names of those people and she proimised to email me today or tomorrow and told me that the only thing she could figure out was, that her ex- boy friend was the one, who wants to cause her trouble. She at least pretended NOT to know anyone named christian peters.  on ebay she has a nice- not exciting- feedback of 15 total at a total of 40 transactions alltogether with 2 neutrals- both with no comment, which could mean that they might habe been negatives that have been changed into neutral by ebay because something went wrong. maybe you should place a general alert on the boards again NOT to trade with someone w/out feedback, when having a freemail adress I'll let you know as soon as I recieved the adresses of the people who's packages were returned

hello, I'm really shocked!!! I want you to take out my name, adress, e-mail-adress from your site, or I will contact my lawyer!!! As I said to that persons, I don't have anything to do with beanie vbabys or that stuff. As I could see it was in 2000 and I think (because I#m not guilty) that you have to take it from your homepage. The reason is, that I can't find a job, because you can find my name at yahoo and than it is such a (untrue) story. My telefone-number is not official and I had to pay a lot of money that you can't find it in the telephone-book. But thank you very very much, erveryone who wants can see it and my e-mail and my adress at your homepage. So I tell you, if it is not taken from your homepage, until friday, 19. september 2003, I will contact my lawyer.   Thank you    Jeannette Bero
