I would like to file a complaint against Jeff Han, this is the name he has given me. I made a deal with him to purchase 2 aibos from him. I had paid him by paypal  $1635 and he had received my money, but never sent the aibos. I have sent repeated emails to him, but he has never responded.I have asked him for the tracking number so I can check the shipment, but have gotten no response. I have filed a complaint against him with paypal. Paypal is currently investigating him. I would like to publically post this so he can not scam other people.This is the information on him:

At the end of July, we became aware through e-bay that this individual had a computer for sale. Item Description of the auction on Ebay:

Wade e-mailed him directly to make an offer as the ebay bid appeared to have discontinued. It was agreed that we would send a money draft for $3234 Cdn + $20 for shipping in exchange for the computer. We were asked to make the money order out to Jeff Han and to mail it to what he referred to as his address (noted above).  We have documents confirming that the money draft was delivered successfully, and that it was cashed on July 30, 2001 at a Bank Of Nova Scotia (Branch #92361-002):

From then on, Jeff Han continued to make excuses for the delay, at one point told us that the computer had been sent, but in the end stated that he had run into problems and was not going to be able to follow through. He also made a statement that he had let another buyer down as well and that he would be sending the money back to us. Even though we provided our mailing address a few times, he never followed through and we have not heard from him again since his last e-mail on August 6, 2001.

We have been able to find information about 5 other similar situations involving Jeff Han. Two other individuals also paid for computers around the same time as us and have not received the items either:

I sent him thru Paypal, which he requested $165.00 plus shipping of $10.00. I questioned his paypal acct. because it was under the name of Jeff Han. He said I should receive it in a week. I never received it. We went back and forth. He said he shipped it and it got hung up in customs, he would send out another, etc....Well I never received a thing. I filed a claim and got back part of my money in April. I was still out $35.00 bucks. Then I got an e-mail from another e-bayer, that said she was about to send him $500.00 plus dollars for a LV duffle bag, but had seen my postings on e-bay about him. I told her to definitely DO NOT SEND MONEY. He had another e-mail address by this time,  kansas@kansascity.usa.com. He had requested that even though he wanted pappal as a payment, he changed his mind and wanted to know if she would just send him a MO instead. I told her to draw him out a bit and then get his number and address if possible. He then gave her a phone number of 514-369-8864 to call him after she requested that she speak with him first. The paypal acct. that he wanted her to use belong to a, Laryssa Legault. She told him if he wanted payment he would have to go thru escrow and of course that was the end of it. The girl who I am referring to is Alyssa Jones and her e-mail is Bootai33@aol.com. I may have lost out but at least I saved her from losing a large amount of money. That is really all I can tell you.
