I was wondering if you could help me, I answered a post on BBOT and did
a trade with Jenny Henson in Dallas, TX. I mailed her a money order for $50.00
and she mailed me a Libearty Beanie - before I received the Beanie we made
a deal for another Libearty Beanie for $43.00 and I sent her a second money
order. When I received the first Libearty it was dirty and certainly not
the MWMT Beanie that she advertised. I contacted her and told her I did not
want the first or the second one (which she had not shipped) and she agreed
to send my money back. I sent her the first Libearty back and she confirmed
that she received it. I did send it with delivery confirmation and insured
and it was received on 6/1/04.She has cashed both of the money orders and
has not returned any of my money. So now she has the Beanie back and my $93.00.
I have contacted the Dallas Police department but they say I would have to
go through small claims court which would cost me $67.00 and I would have
to then go to Dallas for the hearing. Is there anything else I can do? I
thought that there was such a thing as internet fraud but I do not know anything
about it. I would appreciate any help that you can give me. She has promised
that I will receive my money back but I am not very hopeful. I do have her
phone number and I called her but she has an answering machine so I did not
get to speak to her. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks.

I KNOW OF OTHERS THAT ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, THEY EITHER RECIEVED NOTHING FROM HER, OR ONLY HALF OF WHAT THEY PAID FOR. I KNOW IT IS NOT A LOT OF MONEY, BUT IT IS THE PRINCIPLE. I have heard you could help me get my money back or the beanies I
thought I was purchasing from a woman in Texas. Her name is Jennifer
Hensen.

I bought 2 beanies from her before, a FVS and a GVR, and never had a problem, so I thought I would buy a few more. And I called her and talked to her before I sent payment, so I know I have the right phone #. On that deal I mailed a MO on the 6th of May, and recieved the beanies on the 22nd of May. We talked a few times in between about what she still had for sale, so I sent out a MO payment of 33.00 on the 28th of May for a Rose Thistle and Daffodil.
She sent me an email on the 5th of June saying she got my MO and that they had had some bad storms, and that is why she hadn't sent the beanies yet. But would ship as soon as she could.
It has now been 21 days since my last contact with her. She won't answer emails, or the phone.
I've talked to a Donna from Canada, and a lady named Kerri, that are experiencing the same thing too with her. I'm sure there are others she has taken money from without sending them their beanies. These others say what she is doing is selling the same beanies to more than 1 person, and that is why we don't get ours.
I have all the emails that I have sent her, and all the emails she has sent me.

Hi Gramma Pat, I will try to brief as possible, but need some advise. I recently
purchased some bears from a lady by the name of Jenny Henson who is lives
in Dallas TX. She has only sent me half of the bears that I paid for. I recently
found out that she sold one of the bears I bought to 2 other people, and
one other person has never received her bear either. Jenny has made several
excuses to me why I haven't received my other bears, and finally last week
she did send me more bears, but they were not the bears I wanted and paid
for. She will not answer my e-mails and she has not sent me my other bears.
I sent her money on May 18th, and I have spoke with her on the phone.
She sounded so nice and sincere, but now she does not answer her phone or
respond to my e-mails and this has been going on for the past two weeks.
I posted onto Ty to see if anyone has done business with her and this is
when I found out about my bear being sold to someone else before Jenny ever
contacted me and offered me the same bear. Is this considered Fraud?
She has sold other bears more than once as well. So I would not be surprises if you hear from others with the same problem. I am thinking about filling out a form from the PO for Fraudulent activity, but what should I do about the bears she did send, that I have not paid for? She still owes me 3 bears, and they are worth more money than the ones that she did send. I have all corresponding e-mails with Jenny, I have proof of MO, that I paid her, and proof of the bears I was buying and how much she has offered them to me.
She also goes under the name of Bearmadfan on the TY bbot
Can you help? Please let me know what I should do?

Back in May I talked my sister in to buying a beanie from a gal on the BBOT line. She had never done this before. And I had done it many times. We checked all the bad trader list like I have done many times/ Seeing nothing on there we went a head and told the gal that we would buy the beanie. We got a Mo and sent it to her on 5/7/04. No response from her. So we started sending emails. She has come back with all kinds of excuses. By now, as you can expected ny sister is soured on trading on BBOT. Which isn't right.

I need your help please. I purchased Coreana, Aussiebear, Dominoes & Snort Punkies for $32.00US. From Jen Henson, 4400 West University Blvd., Apt. 10108, Dallas, TX 75209. I sent her the money and she sent me an email saying that she had received the money and would ship my beanies. After a week or so I sent her another email saying that I had been reading some posting on the BBOT about her but I would like to give her the benifit of the doubt and hoped that my beanies were one the way. She stated that they were indeed on there way and should be here early the next week(that was about a month ago). I have been sending her emails everyday asking for my beanies or my money back but she is not answering any of my emails. Her email address is bearmadfan@yahoo.com. Any help you could give me in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
