I traded Jerry Cahill su4523@eclipse.co.uk of the UK a coarse mane no star Derby for his Nip the cat well to shorten the story I honored my part of the trade but he sent me a UK TY Nip trading card instead of a beanie. I sent him an email telling him I was not happy with the trade and I would be sending the card back he said I either keep the card or nothing he was not sending Derby back. At no time was there any mention of a card for beanie trade, and he responed to my posting on a Trading Board and I know that I don't trade for cards. The beanie was shipped to Roxanne Evans as a gift he stressed not to put a note in it. The address is :

I sent a Disney beanie to them on the 21st of January, they recieved it on the 22nd of January, still to date i have not recieved my end of the trade (a nht germania)....numerous excuses and lies.....no beanie. You helped me resolve a trade with Jerry Cahill of the UK in November of 1999. I had traded with Mr. Cahill in late October of 1999. I was to give  him my stripes, quackers and TBB bears for his the end and ty2k bears. I sent my end of the trade to him and he said that he would send his end soon. I kept emailing him to find out when he was going to mail his end of the trade and he kept telling me that he was having a hard time getting the end bear. I asked him to send back my beanies that I had sent to him and we would forget the whole thing. He asked me if I would be willing to accept a different beanie in place of the end bear. I asked what others he had and he told me. I decided to accept groovy instead of the end and we agreed on that. I waited for a few more days and nothing was received. I again emailed him and asked when he would be sending the beanies and he said soon. I began to have a bad feeling about this so I found out how I could get some help in resolving this matter. I was led to you, and you helped me by emailing him and telling him to either send my beanies back or send the trade to me. It took over 8 weeks, but in the end he finally did send groovy and ty2k bears to me. I believe that you had to threaten him with mail fraud charges in order for him to finally send the bears to me.I have been contacted by some other people that want to know how my trade with him went, and I have told them exactly what happened and you had helped me resolve the problem. Now I find out that some other people have had the same problem as I had, only a few have not gotten their trades from him.

I SENT MY ON THE DAY WE AGREED TO SEND THE SAME DAY. THEN AFTER I HAD MAILED OUT I GET A EMAIL SAYING HE FORGOT WHEN WE HAD AGREED TO SEND. I STARTED TO GET A BAD FEELING THEN ABOUT THE TRADE BUT WAS TOO LATE. THEN EMAILED ME AND SAID WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEND TILL SAT AS HAD CLASSES AND WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO POST TILL THEN, THE NEXT TIME I EMAILED AND THREATENED MAIL FRAUD AND HE SAID TO HOLD MY HAIR ON THAT HE WOULD MAIL THE NEXT DAY BUT HAVEN'T HEARD ANYMORE FROM HIM. I am getting in contact with Joan Hackler and I am going to send his (Joes) beanies as soon as I can. My life is hell at the moment and I am getting beaten up at school.

I was cheated by Jerry Cahill and this is what I wrote to him and his response. I am going there and will go to his house if he does not send my beanie back.

Well sir.. you are in luck... I just happen to be coming to Devon.... and I should get the opportunity to meet the piece of crap that likes to blame everyone else for his stealing of beanies....Is there a good time to reach you... I will send your Peanut buddy as soon as possible. Please do not come to my house. Peanut arrived when you said he would. I am sorry. I have had alot on my mind and I thought I could get away with it. I will send Peanut if I can tommorrow but if not on Friday. I am begging you please do not come to my house. I know I lyed to you and was stealing from you butyou must promis PLEASE DO NOT COME TO MY HOUSE. Anyway we have guests next week. My mum runs a bed and breakfast and we have a full house tomorow. You must remember what it was liketo be beaten up at shcool. It maakes you do crazy thigs. Send me your address one more time and I will see to it that you get your buddy.

Bad trader alert... Had a trade with Roxanne Evans, email address, Jerry Cahill, su4523@Eclipse.co.uk - Roxanne received her 2 beanies for the buddy she was suppose to send. There were numerous emails w/excuses of why buddy wasn't sent, hard time in school, hard time at work, having a terrible time, and it goes on & on. Numerous lies that she sent buddy, when I emailed her, that I was turning her in for internet faud, she pleaded & begged not too, give her one more last chance. She received her beanies on 1/27/00 and I still don't have the buddy yet. The last correspondence with her was on 2/17/00 stating she mailed 3 or 4 days ago via airmail, but still not buddy. I was shocked when I checked your site & seen all the complaints about her. Can you help me? This person agreed to trade me two new bear buddies, ty2k & kicks for my mwmt Tank. We agreed to mail on the same day. I mailed mine and she asked if there was some beanies I'd rather have. I told her "no" and I had already mailed my Tank. Well about a week later she told me she had mailed my buddies. I got the package and it was ty2k & kicks beanies that are worth about $17. I asked for my Tank back and she told me it had been "Bullied away from her at school." She keeps sending me emails asking if I would agree to accept different things like Germania if I were to add a new bear buddie to the trade and then when I say I would do it, she emails and says she forgot about me and already traded. She is located in England so there is not a lot I can do from here in the States.

Roxanne Evans (su4523@eclipse.co.uk) solicited me from this board (but she scans others too). I sent her 3 beanies and never received mine. She is a blatant, shameless liar and will make up excuses and stories galore, but NEVER FULFILLS HER END OF THE TRADE. She has scammed at least 35 other people, and now has a second email address: jezza@eclipse.co.uk. She is a fraud, she's using the net to practice fraud, and one way to stop her is to NOT DEAL WITH HER! Do not send her anything, or you may as well give it away for nothing. rose

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS PERSON! She makes a deal, such as ziggy & blizzard beanie for Kicks buddy, then sends a strut beanie and basically tells you to deal with it. I have a list of people she has scammed so dont be afraid to e-mail me. thanks. Marcia

This is just a follow-up to let you know what happend with the Jerry Cahill/Roxann Evans trade. After numerous emails and threats to turn her into the internet fraud department, she agreed to send THE END beanie in lieu of the KICKS BUDDY (She sent the KICKS BEANIE). I received THE END today 3/2/00, with a note telling me to let her know when the beanie arrived, and if she could use me as a reference and the email adddress of jezza@eclipse.co.uk ..(unbelieveable). I found out that she is 12 years old. I emailed her telling her about being honest and trade agreements, to learn responsibilities and honestity & about keeping your word and she had alot of growing up to do. Also that I would not retract my comments about her & her unfair dealings. And she could not use me as a reference & if she did refer me, that I would have to tell the truth about how bad the trade was. I would like to thank the Traderslist for all the help & support in this matter. I also learned (the hard way), ALWAYS check out the feedback or references before plunging forward.Jane :-))

I traded with Jerry Cahill on 2-6-00. He has received my Dyed Halo. He never sent my Kicks Buddy.. I have emailed several times and no response so finally I have treatened mail fraud charges and whouldn't ya kown it he responded. NO he is refusing to send me my buddy. I have received what I finally agreed to accept from Roxanne Evans (Jerry Cahill). It wasn't what she was supposed to send originally or after the altered agreement, but at least it WAS something. I lost four beanies to this Roxanne person. I was trading for a Blonde Millineum barbie. I received a Mcdonald's size doll and a Koosh. I would like to either have my beanies back or receive the Barbie. If anyone has information on this person, please contact me. I am willing to gather with others to file Mail Fraud charges!  Thanks!

Watch out for this Cahill/Evans...Part of her MO is to make you feel sorry for her, "getting beat up at school" "has no money" etc... Often acts as if she is mentally handicapped, or is a small child.  I am working on getting one of the UK's largest internet providers, eclipse network, to pull  the plug. I will prevail... One thing you don't do is screw with a saavy American/New York boy's wife...A solid case for international wire  fraud and mail fraud. Has caused alot of misery for my partner- do yourself a favor and DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS LOSER ! I cannot understand why anyone would want to mess with a good thing that brings joy to many... SV
