I recently received a Garcia beanie from an ebay auction, and I believe it is counterfeit. I had some trouble receiving emails from this person at first. After I sent the m.o. for the beanie, he had 4 negative feedbacks. Now I've got this beanie that just doesn't look right. I was wondering what you would do first in this situation. I did some checking on the tags and such and a few things didn't compare. I don't want to accuse anyone of something, if I'm not sure., but I don't want to be taken either. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!

Sold me a fake libearty beanie bear and will not respond to make right

I bought a Garcia Bear from this person and it was clearly a counterfeit bear. The tush tag had been hand sewn on with lime green thread very loosely. The bear is smaller than TY Bears and has a different face. I have begged this person to send my money back and he/she will not even answer my emails. This person was a verified member of PayPal and they refuse to help out with this matter. If you can not trust a verified member then who do you trust? This purchase was made on Ebay and the person is from Slingerlands, New York.  

The auction was on Ebay and the auction number was #1646396506. His auction was listed as being private. I had never bid on a private auction and did not know the reason behind it. I hope our complaints puts a stop to this person. If anyone else has had a bad experience with this seller I would appreciate an email from you with any information that you know. I will do anything to stop this thief. ANYTHING!!!
