I'm sorry to say I need your help again. I won an "Instabid auction" for an Osito Buddy from BeanDad10 on April 23,2000. I sent him the money order April 25. On May 1, he emailed he got payment. By May 17, we hadn't received the Osito Buddy yet, so we wrote to ask him if he knew when it was sent out and he wrote back "if you haven't received Osito yet, there's a problem! Please email your address, and I'll have one sent out." We sent our address again, that made three times he got the address. On May 29, he emailed he"d "spent a week in the hospital." and he was "not sure if Osito has been sent to you. If he has not arrived, please email your address, and I will get Osito and an added bonus to you for your inconvience. Thanks for your understanding!" That was the last we heard from him. We sent the address one more time at that point. We have emailed on May 30, June 8, June 11, June 14 and June 22. But he does not answer. I have found at least 3 other names that have sent him money and got nothing back. Before I bid on his Instabid auction # 1673290, I checked his feedback to make sure and he had 187 positive. I see he had 196 before he went bad. If he was very sick in hospital I can see where he'd have problems emailing and sending things out. I can understand but if he's just ripping people off , thats not fair and he needs to be stopped. If you can find out anything to help I would appreciate it very much. I sent him $19.90 American, It cost me $34.18 Canadian. This guy has not replyed to any of my emails, even after warning him that I would be conatcting you and pressing fraud Charges as well. I hope you can get somewhere with him.  Thanks Tammy

I was sent an email from a girl named Tammy and I was told to tell you my story about Beandad10 so here goes...

I won an auction for three beanies, Signature 2000, Halo II, and Beginning bear. I sent money immediately after the auction and received a request from Beandad10 for my mailing address. After a long period of time I sent him an email wondering what was going on, and did he receive my money. There were two more emails from me each a little more upset. Finally I went on the board to find another nasty letter regarding another unhappy customer and I figured I was out of my money so I posted a letter of my own and contacted CN. Shortly after that CN contacted me saying Beandad10 was in the hospital and would contact me soon. I then received an email from Beandad10 that my beanies were on the way. That was weeks ago and still no beanies and once again he will not answer my emails.  If there is anything you can do to help I would be very gratefull, once you convert Canadian money to American money you pay almost double and it's a real dissapointement to see someone with such a high rating rip people off.  Thanks for anything you can do, I really appreciate an effort.  Nicole

hi. I bought 3 bears on May 13th from BeanDad10 and sent cash like a dummy. I won on princess, ty2k and birthday bear for $20.00 total. I sent the money 2 days later and never heard from him until May 28th saying there on the way. Never got them. I feel like such an idiot for sending money but I was trying to hurry the transaction so that I could have them in time for a birthday present.  Kathleen Waalen

I was told to e-mail you with my story about BeanDad10 and that you might be able to help. I won a Dutch Auction back in Mar/00 for $7.90 and it was for 2 Fuzz bears and 2 Valentina bears. The auction # was 1614545. The total including shipping that we sent to J.C. Martin was $12.85 USD. We never received our beanies and the money order was definitely cashed ( I checked with the Bank). We had lots of trouble getting him to respond to our e-mails after we won the auction. But finally about a month later he sent us the total price including shipping to Canada - so we sent off the money order hoping to still get our beanies. I guess we should have known better.
