This is in response to Brenda Fuhrers post. I sold her nothing but 100% authentic Ty beanie babies. She emailed me 4 months after she received these goods. As far as I am concerned she could have bought and received countless other beanies since the date of our transaction(s) The sakura DID NOT have the EZTKT tush tag. If she plans on filing any fraud charges let it be known that I will file my own fraud charges against her for making false accusations. Further, making references to other parties (Rick Metal and Chandlyr Groves) without any proof is slander. Seems she has quite a few posts against many different sellers....whose the problem here???

100% yes I am who I say I am. Rick Metal is one of the best in this business...hands down. IF anything, he has dropshipped some product for me but NEVER any Sakuras and NEVER anything counterfeit. This Brend Fuhrer is the one with the problem...look at how many posts she has put up on DIFFERENT sellers. I cant testify for them but I can without a shadow of a doubt that I have NEVER sold nor have I ever had anything shipped ANYTHING that was not 100% authentic Ty products. Two of them are definatelty fakes one being sakura with the EZTKT tag and the other britannia the others are authentic thank heavens. I still want John to reimburse me for the two fakes he sold me along with money to ship them back to him and what it cost me to send them to have them authenticated in the first place, not on all just on the fakes.

Rick Metal has been sending me e-mails that he says is on behalf of John Contreras who sold me two counterfeit beanie babies. He has been trying to make a deal with me and wants me to send the beanies to him in MINT condition and he will send me part of the money I'm asking for. He must really think I'm stupid to agree to a deal like that one! I have forwarded all the e-mails to JPO and she e-mailed me back that the e-mails Rick Metal was sending me had THREE different virus/worms in the e-mails that he sent to me and this is way too many to be an accident. He is purposely trying to destroy my computor. I have talked to a friend of mine who just happens to be a Police Offocer and she advised me to contact the Officer in charge of my case file and there is a unit devoted to this kind of criminal offence and I intend to do that as I have already left a message for him to contact me and have printouts of the virus/worms he was trying to get into my computor. Thank heavens I have a virus detector and have deleted all Rick Metals e-mails from my computor just incase. Anyone else dealing with this person or John Contreras please be very careful he doesn't try the same thing with you.

Brenda is leaving out a great deal of information here...I never sold her ANYTHING. John Contreras did some consignment sales for me back in the first part of this year on ebay. I offered out of the goodness of my heart a full refund on the PURCHASE PRICE ONLY of the 2 beanies she is not happy with and claims to be counterfeit(even though it has been several months since her original purchase) It is INTERNET LAW that the buyer is entitled to the PURCHASE PRICE ONLY of any items bought over the internet(no ship charges, return ship charges, authentication fees,etc are allowed)ONCE the items are first received by the seller(which wasnt me to begin with). I want them back in original condition so I can return per my discretion to the person(s) I bought them from so I can recoup at least some of my loss. No 'DEALS' are being made with you Brenda...this is all you are entitled to by LAW. I have NEVER KNOWINGLY SOLD ANYTHING COUNTERFEIT!! EVER!! I received a few Sakuras that turned out to later be counterfeit and have refunded on all of these.
As for the ISP number being the same for John and I, Johns email address is a hotmail account..one which anyone if allowed can access from any computer. As he has done consignment sales for me in the past and does still buy quite a bit of merchandise from me and lives relatively close to me and picks up his product in person, he does use my computer from time to time to access his hotmail acct. I nor John have nothing to hide here... I possibly received a few 'bad' sakura beanies and am doing more than I am required to do to make good on them. I am all for erradicating all counterfeit items...it only brings down the value of the business as a whole.
PS..Pat, I am not intentionally trying to send any virus. My Norton antivirus has quarantined this email kakworm virus several times and it keeps coming back. However I have no way of knowing if I still have it unless someone alerts me to such.

He says I'm unhappy with them, well I guess I should be as I said they are FAKES. I won two auctions on e-bay on July 16 from this man , I paid with Pay-Pal and he told me that he put both beanies in the same box which he did not ! I e-mailed him and told him that Unity was not in the box and he said the post office must have untaped the box and took it out ,then retaped the box. Then he said that I must have not looked good enough. It was a small box which only fit the beanie buddie and not the Unity bear and after that he quite answering my e-mails. I paid $46.00 through my Pay-Pal account and I filed a fraud report with them over thirty days ago but I haven't heard back also I filed a fraud charge with e-bay ..

Rick Metal presold a box of first edition pokemon cards to me.....he never delivered the cards until almost 4 months after the auction had ended.....by this time, the cards were out of date and very cheap to buy....he promised a refund but instead sent a beat up box of cards that were no longer needed...i had to email him constantly and he was always promising a refund that would never arrive....eventually he got very rude and insulting..........................................I believe that Mr. Metal(or whatever his real name is) will post an auction for a super hot collectible without ever having the item..then once the money has come in;he will wait until the item is not hot and he can buy them for a cheaper price.....a very basic bait and switch tactic......the pokemon cards i bought were worth $300.00 at auction end but four months later they could be bought for under $150.00.....so rather than make ten dollars or so initially,rick was able to hose me for $150.00 over four months...............................................although i finally recieved the cards; they were worthless to me and i auctioned them on ebay for $100.00.............so thanks to rick metal, i lost $200.00...........please do not buy anything from him or you may get ripped off also!!!.............

On March 13, 2001, I bid on and won ebay auction #568532333 for a Sakura Buddy being sold by chandog50. I mailed a money order on March 14th, in the amount of $72.00, to an adress at 1914 Woodcrest Ct., Tracy, CA 95376. I received the Sakura Buddy on March 23rd. I emailed chandog50, who was calling himself John Contreras, and told him that the so-called 100% guaranteed authentic Sakura Buddy I received had a hang tag with paper that was way too thin, and also was badly sewn with threads coming out of the seams. The reply I received was quite nasty, informing me in no uncertain terms that "THERE ARE NO FAKE SAKURA BUDDYS" I emailed again on several other ocassions about this so-called Sakura Buddy, only to be replied to, when they felt like it, with hostility. I addressed most of the emails to chandog50 with a CC. to MICACHAN@prodigy.net, as they seemed to be working together selling these fake bears. Every reply I received was more nasty than the previus one. I did also buy 3 fake Sakura beanie babies from them, on which I did eventually receive a token refund, but practically had to walk over hot coals to get it, and was put through a lot of abuse by these people in the process. This took months! The issue of the fake Sakura Buddy was never addressed by them at all. I still have the bear, as well as all associated emails, my money order receipt and the box it came in. I did file charges with ebay, for all the good that does, also with internet fraud, FTC, and postal fraud. John Contreras and Rick Metal appeared to be working together at the time selling these fake bears, both using the name chandog50. After talking with several other people who had also been ripped off, I found out that some people who had bought from chandog50 were told to contact John Contreras, and others to contact Rick Metal. All payments were to be sent to the address in Tracy, CA. This is also the same address that, what they referred to as "suspect" bears were to be returned to. I was also charged $13.50 postage on a package that costs $5.50 to mail. A little steep I think. I mentioned the high shipping charges to them. As expected, this was also ignored. These are two of the (or are they the same person?) meanest, nastiest, most foul-mouthed sellers around. They don't belong on any auction sites and have stolen money from lots and lots of people. At the time they were using 3 email addresses. chandog50@hotmail.com, MICACHAN@prodigy.net and contrjohn10@hotmail.com. You could email any one of them, or all three, to receive verbal abuse regarding their fake beanies.

It took a month for me to get a refund from a beanie he sold me on ebay. I had paid over $165 for the three. He sent very nasty emails. I received over 20 emails from his other bidders. I then started emailing his current bidders warning them that he was a fraud which was the ONLY reason he refunded me the money for the one beanie he failed to send. During the course of this I discovered that he was using another email address (MICACHAN@prodigy.net) to up the bids in his auctions (shilling). I turned him into both ebay and paypal since I was now dealing with someone in fraud. It is now my understanding that these beanies may be fakes. If that's the case then I'm turning him into the postal inspectors and to the Ty company. I urge all others to do the same. DO NOT TRADE OR BUY FROM ANYONE IN TRACY, CA!!!!

John Contreras has said he has refunded everyone on the fake sakura's and that is a lie!! he sold me a fake sakura and a fake britannia in April of this year and to this date I have never recieved even one e-mail from him saying HE WILL refund my money. He has had a person named Rick Metal contact me about this and this person offered me less than what I paid for them so I refused and didn't want to deal with anyone else as it was JOHN CONTRERAS who sold them to me in the first place. I'm out a lot of money not only on the fake beanies he sold me but also on shipping charges and the cost involved to have them authenticated and he doesn't care enough to even answer one of my many e-mails. I personally wouldn't trust this person enough to by anything from him as I know first hand how much this can cost you in the end.

On an October 12th post John Contreras said he has paid everyone back for the fake sakura's he sold and on my post on the same day I said this was a lie and still is to date as he hasn't refunded me for the two fakes he has sold me. He did e-mail me and asked me to contact him so we could settle this and I have e-mailed him three times now and he as before still ignores my e-mails so I guess he lied when he said he wanted to settle this matter as well.He thinks I contact his bidders with "nasty e-mails" as he puts it but all I do is send them to the traderlist site so they can see for themselves who they are buying from and I don't have the time to sit and write everyone of them "nasty e-mails" about him, I just tell them where to look and they can make up their own minds after reading the complaints against him. If John is really sincere about making things right he would have answered my e-mails by now so I guess once a crook always a crook.

I have been ripped off by John Contreras. John Contreras sent an item that he lied about. On his site he offers Quality Nylon Flagg but sends cheap 100% polyester I have made a complaint of fraud to ebay and paypal. I hope every victim of John Contreras will take time to do the same. I sold Jim a 100% Nylon/Polyester blend flag of the highest quality with brass grommets, double stitching and colorfast colors. For 10.00 what do you expect? I offered him a refund but he is extremely rude and insulting. He posted very rude neg feedback before even emailing me with the problem. Ebay does not need HIS kind. I have well over 2000 positives and only deliver HIGH QUALITY AUTHENTIC TY PRODUCTS and other products. I NEVER MISREPRESENT.

On an Oct. 12th posting from John Contreras he asked the person who was e-mailing his bidders to contact him so he could work things out so I did e-mail him on numerous occasions and he doesn't respond. On Oct. 19th I recieved an e-mail from Pat Edgerton a traderlist mediator asking me to e-mail him again as he had told her that he never recieved any e-mails from me and this was a LIE as none of the e-mails came back so I know he was recieving them but Pat asked so I once again sent him an e-mail in the morning and surprise he NEVER answered me as he is just jerking both of us around now. I just read his post on Oct 20th where he states he sells nothing but high quality and authentic ty products and want everyone to know he sold me TWO FAKE TY BEANIE BABIES AND WILL DO NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. he is a LIER and a CHEAT and anyone who deals with him does so at there own risk and I'm still waiting for a response from all the e-mails I have sent him at his request.
Please also be aware that attempts have been made to sabatoge my computor and although I can not be sure who is doing it I certainly can well imagine who is doing it.

I cant believe this guys is doing what hes doing and getting away with it.  On September 1, 2001 his auction on e-bay ended with my being the high bidder on a neo binder pokemon cards, auction number 1633044634 (this auction number can still be seen). On September 7 i did a payment through pay-pal for the amount of $11.90 cost of cards and shipping. payment cleared to a John Contreras, no problem. As of today still no binder with cards and no refund of money. I filed a complaint with e-bay but because it was under $25.00, I had to write it off as a bad experience. filed a complaint with pay-pal, only to have them say I filed it too late, time expired. He had the nerve to e-mail me and tell me to withdraw my complaint with paypal to boot!!!! I'll bite the $11.90 loss, but i think something should be done and other people should be aware of what hes doing. Just look at his complaints on e-bay, most of them are for taking peoples money and not sending the stuff. PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased ebay item 1013334869 on 10/5/01. Item was described as NYLON flag (not the cheap plastic or polyester type). I paid within a few days via paypal. Quite some time went by and I had not received the flag and I wrote him and he said it had gone out. A few days later I received flag and it was a nice flag, however 100% polyester, NOT NYLON!!. I saw at this point a lot of negs were showing up with John. I emailed him and had kind emails to him to which he asked me to return the flag for a refund. I offered let him keep the postage and refund product only. I paid the return postage to him and sent the flag back via USPS on 10/31/01 and confirmation # 0300 1290 0001 0694 9284 and approx a week later delivery was confirmed. To date he has not refunded for flag. He has all the information he needs for a refund to me. I even in an email told him I would leave positive feedback once I received refund and even said what I would say.. I have really tried to work with him is a nice way where I think others would not. I however was forced to finally leave him negative feedback. I simply think he is too busy and if there is any problem at all he simply puts you on a " I don't care list" and you are totally forgotten.

Due to them being crammed in the small box Sakura now has a smashed face and her fur is all matted looking.SHE LOOKS HORRIBLE.He charged $7.00 for shipping ,he could have used a larger box.Sent him three e-mails and did not get a response until after I posted negative feedback against him. I purchased a buddy through e-bay as well as two beanies from a vendor who is on the "bad trader" list, John Contreras. I had a previous transaction with this person that went smoothly, but with this last order, which was in November 2001, I sent the payment through Paypal, but never received the items. I sent courteous e-mails to this person, but did not receive a response. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I am in the process of obtaining a mail fraud form. The items I purchased were Sakura buddy, Chinook beanie and Celebrate 15th Anniversary beanie. The total purchase price was $63.95, which was sent to him on Dec 20.

I purchased 2 Ty MUGUNGWHA Beanies from him via an eBay Dutch auction in June. He does not take PayPal--only Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or BidPay--I sent him a Post Office Money Order for $32.85 and he sent me one of the beanies. I immediately sent him an email asking for my second beanie. He replied to send him an email with "Send one Mugungwha" in the subject line. I replied and have not heard from him since. I've sent him six requests for status/updates--NO RESPONSE. I posted negative feedback--he LIED and indicated he replied to all emails and sent all beanies. I then checked his feedback file--all complaints against him were similar--he doesn't ship and/or reply to emails. His responses are VERY negative and Unprofessional. I would be very watchful before bidding from him.

I received a refund for the Beanie that rmmc_enterprises did not send. He DID NOT refund the shipping I paid for the beanie--so he technically owes me a dollar--but I don't care about the money. What I find of greatest interest/concern is his reply to my eBay fraud complaint follow-up:

08/17/2002 11:00 PM - FROM: rmmc_enterprises "Sent you a refund in full. you won 2 bears @ 12.95 plus ship. I SHIPPED one bear mistakenly when should have been 2. Very simple honest mistake. Gave you a heck of a great price on a now retired piece and made good on refund. Your opinion means NOTHING to me...if you were spending some serious $ I would be a little more concerned. EBAY time we resolve this case!!"

Note that my opinion means NOTHING to him! I doubt anyone who crosses him means anything to him. BUYER BEWARE--1% of his eBay auctions produce negative feedback--Buy from a more reliable and personable source!

I won three auctions from these people, beginning 7/17/02...7/20/02...7/24/02. It took 2 days to get a response for an address to send my money order. So by the time I got that info, got the money order, I had already won the 2nd auction. I was then bidding on the 3rd auction. I emailed them to see if they would combine the shipping charges. I got no response from them before the auction was done. I told them that I had already gotten the money order for the 1st one & that I was getting ready to get the 2nd money order & that I had just one the third. They told me that I would have to send one money order, I told them that I couldn't do that because I already purchased the first money order. I asked them if I could just add a $1.00 for each add'l auction on the next money order & have them hold my previous order till they got all of my money. I got no response from them. So I just mailed the next 2 money orders with $5.95 shipping charges on each of them.

On August 2nd, I received all 3 of my beanies in one box. The size of the box was 9-1/2" long x 2-1/4" deep. No ziplock bags, they were just stuffed in this little box. I paid $5.95 each for shipping, making the total paid for shipping at $17.85. The amount actually paid for the shipping was $5.40. I didn't even have a problem with paying $5.95 each, because fair is fair, but when they came stuffed all together in one little box, that really made me angry. If you are going to charge me for that, then do what you are charging me for. $5.95 is already making a profit, it only costs $3.50 to ship priority in the first place.

He said I was BS buyer...doesn't follow directions...he said that he offered me a refund...that is false, he offered to sell me another bear & ship it free. No matter what, it was going to cost me more. He is just very rude.

Have you also noticed that he has over 3,000 feedback....but check to see how many he has left for other people. Over 50% of his feedback is to belittle people.

So, "Caveat emptor"...let the buyer beware.

I won an auction on ebay for Sakura 2. It arrived 3 weeks later with a creased tag. I returned the item to him to either get a refund or replacement. He stated that he received the bear 3 weeks after I mailed it back to him. On August 3, 2002 he sent me an email telling me he just received my beanie back and on Monday he would send me a replacement. When I contacted him on the 8th of August he stated that he emailed my replacement out on the 28th of July and the DC# states that I received it on the 2nd of August. How does that work? He should have 3 delivery confirmation #'s (DC#) for the product he supposidly sent me. He can not and refuses to give me all 3 of those delivery confirmation #'s. I have never received a replacement or my money back for the Sakura 2 that I won. He is trying to use the DC# for the second auction I won from him as the DC# for the replacement Sakura 2. He left nasty feedback on ebay about me, when he is the one that is at fault here. Buyer beware of this person do not purchase from him. I have proceeded with fraud charges with the post office and on ebay. He wouldn't even respond to ebay about my complaint. So that should tell you right there that he is not legit. Fortunately ebay removed one of the negative feedbacks from him. BEWARE OF THIS PERSON!!!!

On Oct.5,2002 I was the sucessful bidder on eBay for a total of 12 Ty beanie babies which were included in three separate bids. I paid for these by bidpay on my credit card on Oct.5 and they were posted to my account on Oct.7. After several emails to the rmmc_enterprise I finally received 7 of these on Nov.21,2002. What was not included was one of the two sets of five ( 2002 Holiday bear, 2002 signature bear, Nov. 2002 birthday bear, Seadog and Bonsai) for which I had paid $24.95 plus shipping. My most recent emails over the past week or two have not been answered and I am still awaiting a reply from rmmc_enterprises who seems to be a very negligent and unresponsive individual.

Rick Metal has been threatening me about e-mailing his customers and all I have done is contacted those people who have left negative feedbacks for him to which he leaves extremely nasty responses. I have contacted a few from rmmc_enterprises and those from sydsimms who bought maples that may be fakes and have seven confirmed ones already. It was after contacting the people who bought these maples that he threatened me so that tells me he is still connected to the 1914 Woodcrest Court, Tracy, Ca address. I feel that everyone has a right to know if they have been sold a fake as I was sold two by John Contreras/Rick Metal last year and Rick Metal offered me less than what I actually paid for the beanies themselves. He refuses to reimburse me for the shipping costs on both and the authentication costs which I wouldn't have had to pay if I wasn't sold the fakes. He also demanded that I return the fakes to him in mint condition and I refused to do that as well because I was afraid he would just sell them to another unsuspecting victim. All I ever wanted is what he owes as he has stated that John Contreras sold them for him on consignment so it is his responsibility to pay me back. John Contreras? if he even exists has never once contacted me about this matter and refunding my money, only Rick Metal has. This certainly tells me something and I'm sure if you think obout it you will know what I mean. Is there really a John Contreras?? All I ever wanted was my money back and he refuses. I don't want to complain yet because I hate to do it. I bought 5 beanies from this fellow on Oct. 18, 2002. Just before Christmas I e-mailed him many times and it took him forever to reply. He was beating around the bush telling me to check Canada Customs, I work for them I know how the system works. Any how, he said he would reship the items at "his expense" and I haven't gotten anything yet. I emailed him again tonight saying if I don't get anything by Friday I will be leaving negative feedback. Our E-mails have been civil as I have had no reason to not be. But I am starting to get upset as these beanies cost me over $90.00 and that is a lot of money to not received items paid for. Now I know why he doesn't take paypal, eaiser to trace and get refunds with.

This isn't a complaint, but rather positive feedback about this seller. I just completed a transaction with them through e-bay and am completely satisfied. I noticed that a number of the negative comments on e-bay (and there appear to be a small percentage of those compared to positive comments) related to timing and delivery. I feel that many of those are unfair to this seller. If you read all of the information regarding the seller's instructions, it's very clear what information you need to provide to this seller. It is also very clear that the seller ships only after receipt of payment (which I took to mean cash in hand). I paid through BidPay and carefully read their instructions and explanation of what to do. It was very clear that the money order would be sent out by mail within several business days. BidPay also gave very good information about tracking the status of your money order. I utilized their tracking system and found out exactly when the money order was cashed. Based on this, I expected delivery within several business days. Instead, I received my item the next business day by overnight express mail! The item is in excellent condition and I am thoroughly satisfied with this seller.

Yes, the transaction did take longer than others paid for on-line, but the seller explains all of this in the instructions.

Yes, the beanie buddy was "folded" in a box and there was no packing material. But, the box was a perfect size and was wrapped so securely that I don't see how it could have been damaged.

Bottom line for me is that I found a rare item that I had been trying to find for quite a while, at a good price, which was sent to me exactly as described by the seller.

While I can't comment about other issues raised with this seller, I think that it's unfair to complain about them when a buyer has expectations that differ from what this seller has clearly explained his procedure is.

IF you would like to receive your item(s) in a timely manner it is IMPERATIVE that you include all pertinent information with payment including user id, item # and email address. I ship 99% of the items in a VERY timely fashion usually w/in 24 hrs of payment receipt!! The 1% that fail to include any type of contact information with payment leave myself,the seller, with no alternative but to either 1) write the buyer a letter requesting item info or 2) WAIT for the buyer to email COMPLAINING that they havent received their item. Also many bidders have been paying me with BIDPAY under the impression that the seller is to ship upon confirmation email from bidpay. This is NOT the case nor will it ever be. Before bidding I asked him a simple question, Are these cards banned from tournaments. He responded no they are not, which means that they are American English because these are the only cards allowed in tournaments. However, they are European cards, not only are they banned from tournaments, they are also illegal to import or sell in the U.S., so I contacted upperdeck and they are bringing litigation against him and I also have written to the Postal Service, I gave him the option to refund my money but he refused, so now I have resorted to taking all the legal action possible.

I don't have him confused with any other sellers as most of them are very creditable. Please do look at my feed backs and you will see that the only negatives i have ever had i just got from him. As far as 2000 gifts goes you are right Rick he didn't get his money but only because i found out from this site that he has bad trader reports against him and i wasen't about to send my hard earned money to him ether and get ripped off and my feedback to him was left in this way stating why he was getting my payment.I DO NOT have TONS of non paying complaints against me , unless he can't read properly i see 3 from him? The only thing that bothers me the most was when i emailed RMMC and told him i would send the money for other three beanies once he straightened out first mess but got no response.

The add said he was going to send me a brand new box of YUGIOH boosters in english and had a picture of the american upper deck version of the box. So, I paid the full price of it and I got another box of english words but the cards were not upper deck. He should have the decency to put up the correct picture of the box. He probably knew that the price he was asking for was way too much for the fake upper deck cards. The sad part is that he left a bad review on my account. I bid once in a while and never received a bad review. I pay everyone the time I get the confirmation emails. I was a good customer and does not deserve his slander. First off..the description specifically states that the cards are the ENGLISH WORLD STANDARD FOR THE ASIAN MARKET. ALL CARDS ARE IN ENGLISH. This bidder sent a personal check to me back in December for RC Cars. She stated that she did NOT receive the cars. I asked her for all of her information,etc. As I had no record of her in my postal log I asked Julie for a copy of the check to see if indeed it was cashed by me. After finally receiving a copy of the check in the mail I told her I would check against my deposits and if indeed I DID make a mistake I would send her a refund. I have/had every intention of refunding her money(even though I believe her cars were shipped to an alternative address perhaps included on her payment). Instead, Ms Vaisey decided to maliciously go onto ebay and bid on 3 of my auctions totaling some 397.00 and left negative feedback the day she bid in retaliation for this past transaction! I have every intention of refunding her money and will gladly do so by taking it out of the items she bid on OR I will deduct ebay fees and associated relist fees. I am not out here to defraud anybody in any way shape or form...we all make mistakes but there are more professional and adult ways of dealing with such.

As you can see from my previous postings, this guy has cheated me out of $99.40. Because he is one of eBay's "power sellers" he had eBay remove the negative feedback I left for him. He says in his last comment about me that if anyone has any problems with him, just e-mail him and he will take care of it. Well, I have been e-mailing him since December and I still have nothing to show for it. I have heard from several other people who have been burned by him, that when he gets in a bind like this, he simply changes his name and goes on with business as usual. Someone even e-mailed me today with information on where I can find him on Saturday mornings in Cupertino, CA. It might be worth the trip! DO NO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!!! HE IS A HUGE LIAR AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I have filed charges with the US Postal Service, the BBB and the Attorney General. Tomorrow I am contacting law enforcement officials in his town. She was in BREACH OF CONTRACT on 3 items..this is why ebay removed the negatives. I have refunded/resolved all known problems INCLUDING Brenda Fuhrer who received a 175.00 money order(much more than she paid for the beanies!!) last week.... This is in response to the post Rick Metal put against Julie Vaisey who was ripped off by rmmc_enterprises. Rick Metal of rmmc_enterprises did send me a money order for the two fake beanies I was sold in April of 2001 and I have fought for over 19 months ro get this money back. He didn't just send it as I had to fight him every step of the way for over a year and a half for this.

He has told you that he sent her money back less ebay fees which is unfair on his part because he filed a non paying bidder complaint against Julie to get his ebay fees back from ebay already so he is getting the fees twice by doing this to Julie and she's not the problem here it's Rick Metal who doesn't know how to treat his customers and makes them have to fight for what they paid for. He always blames the buyer when it's his fault and likes to blame the Post Office when people do not get what they pay for as well. I had to put a 60 day hold on the money he sent me because he himself told me how easy it was to put a stop payment on the bank money orders and that's the reason he sends that kind. He has verbally abused me and threatened me for a long time before he finally sent the money and I still don't know if it will clear the bank. For him to take any money away from Julie is just being a crook again as it was clearly his mistake in the first place for not sending her what she paid for and has done this far too often with his customers. I will submit a brief message when and IF the money clears the bank. I received the second money order he said he sent as the first one never came and know he never even sent it so he lied to me and has lied to Julie twice already and if she doesn't get this one it will be lie number three. He sent her less than what he owes her so please fight him to make sure you get ALL your money back.

I am not going to drag this on and on but bottom line is this...Refund ABOVE AND BEYOND in FULL for 175.00 for items I DIDNT even DIRECTLY SELL HER was sent to Mrs Fuhrer on TWO occasions. The 1st money order I never received back so I put a stop payment on and the 2nd money order was sent GLOBAL Priroity mail (which should take 3-4 days to arrive) and took nearly 10 days to arrive from California to BC (and Brenda will acknowledge this). Even after agreeing to shipping back these beanies to me upon receipt of the payment, Brenda not only feels the need to wait 60 days to ship back the beanies (which I would like to return myself to their rightful 'owners' for MY refund) but she continues to FURTHER Harass my customers which she also PROMISED NOT TO DO!! Anyhow, whats done is done..I have taken care of my part well above the norm. I started looking into it and have found that they are on your sight. I contacted a Contreras subject but he claimed he knew them but was not associated in any way. I purchased a set of yu-gi-oh cards for my son using the "buy now" option on Ebay. I paid using paypal. Seller agreed to send purchase to my alternate address and not my paypal verified address. I have all of the correspondence to prove this. After a few weeks and not receiving the merchandise, I contacted them and was told that the product was mailed to the paypal verified address and as soon as it was "returned to sender" it would be forwarded by RMMC enterprises. That never occured and I was forced because of the lack of email responses, and them not responding to "SquareTrade" to post negative feedback. He then posted, calling me incompetant. I started doing a search of their feedback and see an obvious pattern of what I would call fraud. The total amount of my purchase is only 14.44, but thats not the issue. I paid for a product, and service and upheld my end of the sale, and got nothing in return. Even more disturbing to me is the fact that Ebay continues to allow this seller to do business on their site. I enjoy Ebay very much and this was my only bad experience. I was shocked to find the other complaints against RMMC enterprises. I have filed a fraud complaint with the USPO in this matter. Its a shame that 14.44 was worth all of this. I'm 42 years old. These cards were for my 14 year old son. Beware of this merchant. They move an incredible amount of product and I can understand that mistakes happen. But its obvious this is no mistake. They want you to see all of their positive feedback. Well as of this writing, they had 8 negatives in the past week.

He had emailed me numerous times asking if I had shipped and I informed him it was retured. I have told him a NUMBER of times to resubmit shipping and handling and I would gladly reship. this one is winner, I won an auction from him the end of November, paid same day via bidpay, waited 2 weeks, e-mailed and asked where beanie was, said sent a week ago, please wait until the 15th, so I did, then e-mailed again, said he was waiting for a delivery (mind you this bear was in hand) and would send out by weeks end, ok, I did and he swore it would be delivered on the 22nd, well, it is not here, so I e-mailed again, then he proceeds to tell me to stop snivelling it was mailed, so I go to my CC company and request a refund, they give it to me, I e-mail him and tell him that I had my refund and to keep the bear, and that I was gonna post him here, then he tells me he is gonna sue me for liable when I get the bear, I am going to send it back if it ever does arrive, this guy is bad news, then to top it all off he posts neg fb on e-bay about me, the victim in all this, stay away from folks, he is real bad news, threatens people when they want their money back or what they bought. Stay away from him for your own safety.

On 11/28/03 I had the misfortune of winning an auction from rmmc enterprises. The ebay auction, #3159695673, was for all 5 pieces of Exodia (Yu-Gi-Oh cards for my 9 year old son)they were listed as 1st edition, however not upper deck cards. I did not have a problem with that as the cards were $9.95. I paid this person thru paypal and anxiously awaited the arrival of these cards. I received the 3 God cards from rmmc instead of the Exodia cards. I went back to the auction and read it several times, just to make sure what I was supposed to get and sure enough it was not what I was sent. I contacted the seller and was told that the cards were delivered on 12/15/03. I asked for a tracking number or any evidence of shipping and was told by rmmc that a confirmation number is not needed and the insurance (which was additional) was thru his/her business. This person left negative feedback for me.....all I did was pay them for something I did not order. Rmmc told me maybe my son had got the mail and I did not know. I explained that my son is in school all day and my mailbox is 1/4 of a mile from my house....I live on 57 aces. Finally, I had to tell rmmc to stop emailing me. I don't understand why this seller completes some auctions and others are left in disarray. I had never had a bad experience on ebay before this, guess I have been lucky...until now. My son wanted these cards so badly for Christmas and I could not find them anywhere, so I had to tell him what happened. Too bad, that kids have to learn about the dishonest people in this world at such a young age.

I had the misfortune to deal with this trader last year. I am in the UK and made the trade, after winning 5 TY BEANIES on e-bay September 23rd 2003 # 3146549982 and paid for them via paypal as requested to Lalis22@sbcglobal.net., ID rmmc_enterprises

They were to be shipped to my vacation address in Florida for arrival by November 7th 2003, insurance was paid and a paypal 3% fee to the total bid price making $31.05.

They were not delivered to my address and regular e-mail's immediately after that date were responded to with assurances of refunds by pay pal, which never materialised. He now no longer responds and he has not responded to my negative eBay feedback, all other negative response by others he has responded to! I have repeatedly requested repayment via paypal and sent reminders but theses have been ignored. I don't know if you can help but at least he's on the bad trader list, not only from me but several other buyers.    John mitcham splash5 eBay id.

Paid for a yu-gi-oh card that I had won in auction same day as won. Contacted rmmc_enterprises approximately 2 weeks later wanting to know if the card had been sent. This person tells me that it has already been sent. Waited and waited, contacted this person again and I am told to provide proof of payment and WHAT?? name did I pay under. Ended up having to provide this info 3 times. Seller became belligerent. A month later I filed complaints with ebay and paypal. Whoever rmmc_enterprises is sent paypal a bogus usps tracking number. I went to the usps web site and called them, no such package with this tracking number was ever delivered. This person is claiming that paypal sided with- him??, her?? who knows - , anyway they are still reviewing the case. A month and 2 weeks later still no item, no refund of money and just nasty e-mails from seller. Stay way clear of this one. I had a dissapointed little boy this Christmas.

I as well have be screwed i believe,i have used the buy it now option on e-bay for some games.I have e-mailed him several times with contact information etc.I also have front and back copies from my bank on the money order sent to him,so I know hes cashed them,the auction ended December 2,2003.He cashed the money order on the 26th.I was hoping to have this for my son as a Christmas present.Santa:( Mine as well was only 14.90,but not the point,my son has seen it by picture,so hes expecting it.He will not return my e-mails as he supposedly says he always does in his feedback.When you leave him negative,then he turns around like its all your fault,but at least then you get a response out of him then.Does anyone have a contact number for this disgrace to e-bay?I cant believe they still allow him to trade there with the vulgarity he uses.I love e-bay,but people like him is a disgrace to all the good traders there.

12/02/2003 I won Auction # 3159476400. I IMMEDIATELY paid on the SAME day via Paypal, Receipt # 09N873819M920251S & it went to Melissa Sims according to Paypal. I was sent the wrong item. I sent SEVERAL E-mails before I rec'd a response. I was asked to send the wrong cards back BEFORE he/she would send the correct cards. Wrong cards were sent back on 12/11/03 & delivered on 12/17/03 via PROOF OF DELIVERY-USPS # 0303 1290 0000 5186 1966. I AGAIN HAD to send several e-mails & was only able to get a response when I typed "SEND MY MONEY BACK" in the subject line. Note: I also called & all I got was a voice mail to which I left messages on 12/31/03 @9:26am & 01/05/04 @ 11:03 am, Central Time. Finally an e-mail to me on 01/05/04 said he/she would send. I emialed back & said to make sure it had the circle version. I then found out via a NASTY e-mail sent to me & my 7 year old Grandson, on 01/06/04 here is a copy:

"hello for your information/your grandsons information..there are NO exodia sets by KONAINI w/ the circle in the background....ONLY the star. The circle backgroud are official konami and sell for well over 100.00 for the set of 5."

THEREFORE his Auction is a FRAUD as the picture shows a CIRCLE background and that is what I bidded on - I bidded on 5 EXOIDA FAKE CARDS IN ENGLISH WITH A CIRCLE BACKGROUND. So if KONAINI doesn't make the circle background as the Seller NOW states AS ABOVE then his auction was a FRAUD as the picture is that of a circle background. NO WHERE IN HIS DESCRIPTION DOES IT STATE THAT THE PICTURE ISN'T WHAT HE IS SELLING. I HAVE ASKED, ASKED, ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK + $3.14 FOR SHIPPING THE WRONG CARDS BACK!!!!!! As of today, 02/13/2004, no cards, no money!!!! I have filed complaints to E-Bay, Paypal, Square Trade, USPS, National Fraud, Federal Trade Commission, IFCC, now here & I have several MORE places to go as I am NOT finished yet. My 9 yr. old son bought some yu-gi-oh god cards for $52.00 from this CROOK, after he promised me they were real. He also told me they came with a money back garantee. After getting them & finding out they were fake, He told me to return them & he would send me the money back. I sent them back, & he said he never recieved them, & wont send the money back.This guy is a CROOK & needs to pay. My son & I may take a drive to Tracy sometime soon.I would encourage everyone that has been ripped off buy this CROOK to turn him in for mail fraud. I have never had a bad encounter with buying or selling. Until I bought from this SNAKE

Dealing with RMMC Enterprises of Tracy, CA was a very unpleasant experience for my son and I. Following a purchase in October of 2003, I attempted to find out what the exchange, credit, or refund policy was for the company. I could not find this information on the trader's site, or I might have missed it. Following almost 5 months of numerous emails, letters, and phone attempts, I am posting this complaint. I advised them that I would do this if I continued not to hear from them. In my opinion, RMMC Enterprises did not conduct business with me in a professional or reputable fashion. Their customer service was non- existent during my experience with them.

Hi:

I won a Presale auction (3175472536) on eBay for a German Deutschland beanie bear on 13 Feb 04 and paid for the item though PayPal that same day. Seller id sydsimms and email: Busibee_@hotmail.com and name & address listed on eBay invoice as Allison Simms, 611 Ward Way, Manteca, CA 95336.
After waiting for over 30 days as promised for delivery in the item description, I started send email requesting update, with no answer. I then checked on eBay and found where they were suspended (Not a registered user).I have contacted eBay Safe Harbor and they had no luck contracting the seller. I have contacted PayPal, but since it was over 30 days since I sent the money, they would not help.
I have filed a complaint with the IFCC Complaint web site. Since the money was sent though PayPal, I am unable to file with the postal service.  Is there anything else I can do to get my $28.76 back?     Thanks    Holly Heim
