I noticed that someone has posted a complaint against John Courage in the UK. I myself made a trade arrangement with John on SEPT 5th. He agreed to mail me THEN the 3 Premier and Pompey in exchange for me ordering him the Clubby VI trio bears and Clubby Jingles. This was a trade made on Up4Trade. It is now Oct 8th and I still have NOT recieved the beanies from John. I posted a message about this on Up4Trade Message Board under Vent. I now know of several others that also have had problems with John.  What can I do about this?   Thank you.    Linda

I made one trade with John Courage and after 4 weeks and not receiving them and not answering my emails I emailed to him on one of his ads on up4trade. That was the only reason I was able to get to ask him about the package as he was ignoring my emails. He said he would mail out another package which he did and it only took a week so I know he had nevered mailed the others. Then I made another stupid mistake by trading with him again and it is the same thing all over again no beanies no emails until I answered his ad again. He said he would mail it out the next day but am still waiting.  Believe me i won't trade with him again and he never leaves feedback either.   Thanks    Joan

I traded with John Courage a few times successfully..The day Sparks was introduced I made a pretrade with John for 3 Sparks..I mailed the beanies to him because I have traded with him a few times in the past without a problem..The following day he had them in hand and said he will mail them out to me..I made 2 more trades around the same time frame.. and I did receive those 2 packages but I didnt on the original 1st trade..it was almost 2 weeks..I emailed him and he did return my email and said he sent them..I waited another week and nothing came..I emailed him again and he replied and said he would resend them..I havent received them yet but he just mailed them a few days ago..I am not worried yet because he does keep in contact with me..If I fail to get this package I will notify you if thats ok..I think he might have pretraded to many and didnt have enough to go around..Thats just my opinion..Hope this helps..   Kind Regards,    Ruthie

Just finally received a package from John Courage and he sent me an extra beanie with my premier. So I did receive within a week of finally emailing him and this is supposed to be the second package he mailed to me just like the last time.  Thanks    Joan

I did have a trade with him, it took 9 weeks to get done. He claims to have mailed 3 times. I recd only 1 parcel.He did send an extra bear for my inconvience, but by the time i got his end, it was so low in value, I didnt come out ahead. I think he should be on the Bad Traderslist. For this reason, what he gets in trade has a high value at the time, so he is REALLY raking in the money.... He does send more than the trade was for, BUT after you deduct the loss in value, your still losing.... Lisa

I made a deal with John in August and sent him 3 Ronnies for a Premier. We were both to mail August 21. He got my package. I received nothing from him. He told me he would mail another package. He was supposed to have mailed Sept 17 the second time. I never got that package either and now he does not answer my emails.

As i have told your client (dryheat192@cox.net) ,i have mailed twice to the address given by him,i dont see what else i can do,some parcels do go missing,thats why i agree to remail,looking from my point of view,i know myself i have mailed these parcels then people saying they have not received them,how do i know they have not received them,im not saying they are lying,but its seems one or two are late then i have lots missing,which seems very strange to me,i have been trading for a long time,and HAD a great record until now,so you must see it from my end aswell..   THANKS..JOHN!!!    JOHN COURAGE

Im affraid i dont have proof og postage,as it costs double the money to send them,so i stopped recording them,i have to send out about 30 parcels a week so it all adds up,i really sorry these people arent getting there parcels,but i have many more people thatget ok,so i dont understand sometimes they might go a couple of day late,but they always go,its like everyone is jumping on the band wagon my trading reputation is going out the window and i dont think it is fair,as i havent got proof that these people havent received either,i hope you see my problem

Im sorry but as this is one sided,not on my side,all i have to say is i have mailed twice to bill,i have more than covered the agreed trade on my part,the date doesnt matter as what ever i say you want believe it so whats the piont,im glad to see you are a fair site and just believe one side....sorry but enough is enough..JOHN!!!

I got the following E mail message that I don't understand. Here is a copy;

"HI  Thankyou for all your understanding,as they say a beanie is for life,but LIFE is not a beanie....JOHN!!!"

I havn't received any beanies.

HI As i said before i have mailec to him twice,i believe that is more than good enough,im really sorry to find that a site like yours is so unfair,i know i have mailed twice just because i cant provide specific dates im in the wrong,went all he has to do is say he hasnt received it and you believe him,i will let my feedback speak for me,and all my beanie friend..  JOHN!!!
