I won an order presale by seller: quick73datsun on Sept 16, 2005 for the 6 Asia Pacific Flag nose beanies. I sent her an inquiry about the order Oct 28, 05. No reply. I sent her more messages onNov 7 and Nov 8.  Still no reply. I then reported to EBay andPayPal. Dec 13 05 she sent me a message she was waiting for the 5th and 6th bear.  Nothing since then. I sent her an email on May 7 giving her 24 hours to credit my PayPal account for the order or I would contact you. I have not heard from her. It's been72 hours. So, I am asking how can I put pressure on her to refund my money. $121.21. Auction #5999958017

I contacted EBay again. Their return email (I kept a copy) of July 26 stated they couldn't keep her from selling as she had enough good feedback compared to bad. Only trouble with that is I never even got to post a bad one as by the time I decided she wasn't going to respond or refund, it was past the 60 days.

She was still stalling in December and by January I insisted on getting the refund, which she had promised over and over. By March she stopped communicating had still has not not sent my bears. Additional Information:

Initially I was told there was a delay because of a fire near their home, then her husband was ill. She then stopped answering all my emails. No bears received or refund given. My experience with this seller is that she sends parcels recorded delivery. Therefore, has she got proof of posting?. Concerning the refund, which I've never recived, Paypal would have provided an email receipt or she can access the historical information on her Paypal account and provide evidence/reference this way (if there is any to provide).

I therefore fail to see how I've cheated her as I'm the one 'out of pocket'.

I too was taken for $107.49 by Jennie Phillips with quick73 datsun on an ebay auction #6000584214 that I won on 09-23-05 and was gullible enough to let it go with excuses that she was trying to get the flag nose Asian beanies for more than the 60 days and was not able to file feedback or complaints with ebay or paypal against her.

I did contact ebay and they sent me a phone number but when I called several times to California always got an excuse that Jennie was sick and behind.

I continue to email her several times a month just for my own satisfaction and NEVER get any replies.

I e-mailed this person many times and called her on the phone and left several messages but she did not respond by phone or e-mail. I am out $58.99 US.
