Me and 4 other buyers bid on items from a Hoyadstroya on ebay.- Jon Lee.  Mine was for a NF Violet Teddy for $455.50. He emailed me with the address of where to send the money...

I sent a postal money order via express mail. Using the confirmation number he received it a while back and cashed it on Jan. 12th. He will not return any emails. I also have an aol account and checking the "status" bar on email shows he has not read them either...probably deleted. His ebay user information is incorrect and the phone number has been disconnected. Between me and another bidder we have called every number I could find at the 75 Livingston Ave. address with no success. I have contacted the Roseland Police Dept. and they are looking into it.His AOL email is Flowbeeone@aol.com. The money order was made out to Jon Lee. His ebay profile reads Jonathan K. Lee. I've emailed the other buyers to have them contact you. I have a cousin who is a PI and he will be running a check on him through some data bases just as a last resort before calling the attorney general. It's amazing that people can get away with this because it's a felony when it's this much money. Is there anything else I can do? I know to file mail fraud and I know I can sue in small claims civil court. They can serve him with a process server. This is Angela Nelson and I am e-mailing you to let you know about Jon Lee.  He had sold me a teal face teddy on ebay and he took my money and never sent me the bear.  I spent $330 on that bear and I was notified that I should contact you so you can put him on the bad trader list.  His ebay name was hoyadstroya. I was told to email you about putting someone on the bad traders list. Myself and a few other people have been ripped off by the following person who had auctions placed on ebay. His name is John Lee. His email address is flowbeeone@aol.com and the handle he used on ebay was hoyadstroya. I'm working with some of these other people to try and locate this guy, but I would like to warn other people to steer clear of him. Thaniks! Linda Harris
