I won 3 auctions on yahoo auctions from this person for 3 james bond dvd's from yanez94580 (-22). He has cheated many customers and me from our money. After winning the auctions he responded to the winners but after that by a couple of days, there was no more response and it was then discovered that his yahoo e-mail adress had been discontiued. He has defrauded many sellers on yahoo auctions.

I paid him with US post office money orders. I already know where he is making us send his payments. It is to a private mail box in his area.

Won 2 auctions for DVDs. After recieving email from seller on where to send payment, discovered that 178 complaints had been listed against the seller for not delivering goods for auctions won. Attempted to contact seller and discoved that seller had discontinued email address.

I along with SO many others have been scammed by a Jose Yanez of San Laendro CA. He was selling "too good to be true" DVD's for so cheap. He had no problem contacting me to tell me to send a payment and after winning 3 auctions totaling right under $30.00 I sent well concealed cash (a big mistake on my part..only the 2nd time to do it b/c he wasnt accepting paypal) Now he has disconnected his yahoo account and has a current feedback of -54!!! So many people scammed and something definitely needs to be done!!! Please let me know if anyone finds out he is charged with something! Thanks a lot!
