$245 for 2 sets of Asia-Pacific beanies and 8 Champion beanies. She answered my ad that I was placing on Knk for these beanies. She first responded on 5/21/02 saying she had the beanies. She kept giving me excuses why she hadn't sent them. Finally on 6/18/02 I told her to just give me my money back. She replied saying that she would and that is the last I heard from her. I still haven't received my money back and she won't respond to emails anymore. I've ordered a copy of my cancelled check so I can file mail fraud charges against her

I sent Julia a money order in the amount of $70.00. I sent it Priority with delivery conformation. For some reason the post man did not scan it. If you look at the USPS web site, it still says it arrived in California on Mar. 4th. Julia Rivera claimed she never received it. I over nighted a second money order to her that she had to sign for. I waited a while then went to the post office and filed a repost on the first money order. It had been cashed on Mar. 5th. I then got a copy of the second money order and the signatures on both of them are the same. She claimed she never got the first one, but still said she would pay me back for the first one. Never happened. If you go to http://www.knkcollectibles and http://www.collectiongnation you will see that she is suspended at both places. Also she was using a couple of different names and addresses there. I turned all of my information over to the Postal Inspector and filed mail fraud charges against her. You won't believe this but I've managed to track down Julia Rivera. I've spoken with her this evening. She said she sold her computer and rarely uses the email capabilities on her phone because it uses minutes. She said that she mailed the refund to me via Media Mail several weeks ago. Since I never received it, she will mail me another money order via Priority Mail on August 8th (when she gets paid). She will call me with the delivery confirmation number after she mails it. Her father got on the phone. He says she is not a 15-year old (like the other email said) but an adult who lives with her parents. I'll let you know what happens

I had sent her a substantial amount of avon products, NEW, and she was to send me approx. 75 beanie baby items, including buddies and TY pillow pals. I have never received them, she contacted me saying that she was Elizabeth Davis, and the email was ifeeloldtoday@aol.com and she obviously never sent anything. This all happened about one week before christmas. This woman or girl, is very manipulative, and I hope that noone else gets taken by her. The address I had for her was in Imperial Beach     Thanks!~

I to have been scammed by this person and I noticed tonight that she has scammed others as well. I am going to the police department when I am in San Diego and file a report on her. I will also file with the post office on her too, I am also going to her address when I am in town. She took 3 beanie and four buddies from me and sent me nothing. She posted to the aol beanie boards. First time I tryed to trade with her, she did not want to trade, so I said thank you. She emailed me again to ask me to trade with her. She was suppose to trade a printer, a purse and a cassate player for the beanies. I have put her on my buddy list and she has showed up online. She listed beanies for sale on BBOT and when contacted she sent her list . I sent payment of 21.00 on febuary 11.2003 and to this date i have not heard a thing from her . She will not answer any e-mails. Beware this is not a person to deal with. She will take your money and send nothing in return.

I sent her money, and the last thing you hear from her is that she sent out the beanie. THAT IS SUCH A LIE! No beanie sent, no beanie recieved. And when I sent out the money, she kept bugging me to send it priority! She is MEAN and a BAD trader so BEWARE!
