I purchased a bracelet on 2/13/03 for $175 which included shipping. AFTER asking the seller about the quality of the diamonds. She assured me they were clear and white. When I received the bracelet, they were dark yellow and brown and unacceptable. She finally agreed to accept a return and refund my money immediately upon receipt. However, she will not pick up the package at the PO and she will not answer my emails now. I guess they'll eventually send the bracelet back to me, but I have still been cheated. I am attaching a copy of all our emails. I did go to the postal inspectors website and file a complaint. I also went to the NFIC- I filed these when she initially declined return. Today, I filed on the IFCC. Anything else I should do? I purchased the insurance with tracking, but it does not track online. I have to call the PO and they look it up for me. Bummer. Otherwise I would file a PayPal complaint. I'm afraid that without online tracking, I would just be out of luck. Any help is appreciated, Jackie

Are you with ebay? I did not say "pure white". I said white and have e-mail
copies to prove the same. The bracelet has not been received on my end as
I am not in at my home and am out of town. Does the post office show where
I signed for her package? Therefore, no mail fraud charges can be filed.
I did intially advise her I'd refund for the bracelet, even though my site
stated all sales final. However, she began to put forth harassing communications
with numerous phone calls, tracking my bids and offense emails. I reported
her to ebay for harassing communications. I will let ebay handle the dispute
for this item. If ebay, personally, orders me to refund, I will on receipt
of the bracelet, which I do not have. However, I will not refund now until
ebay advises that I must. According to ebay's misrepresentation rules, the
bracelet must be "significantly" different than described on the site. It
is not. Please advise if you are asserting that you are with ebay as they
are the only ones who can suspend my sales. This email will be forwarded
to ebay for their review and identification of you. Kandi Barr Allen

So I did return the bracelet to her and after I had sent it off she then
told me that she would not refund me for it.

Cautionlist: Kandi was told that since she had told Jacki that she would
refund her money if she returned the bracelet and then when the bracelet
had been sent back she changed her mind, that it was her responsibility
to make good on what she had told Jacki. She was lying about notifying ebay
anything about Jacki as Jacki notified them about her problem and they had
no complaints about her. Also she said she had proof that Jacki had called
her ( Jacki said this was not true) but when asked for the proof would not
send it. ALso she blocked me from her email so that I could not email her
back. I had Pat email her for me but she told Pat lies and threats about
contacting her also.

I got the bracelet back today, so now I will file with eBay for fraud.
Do you need anything to add her to the bad traders list? I do want to make
sure she doesn't do this to anyone else. Thanks, Jackie
