October 3  Everyone who was cheated needs to call the fraud unit. The Fraud Unit number is 410-887-2190. Talk with Sgt. Myers or Corporal Privett. They are now saying that these are 4 individual people: Lindsey Kalhoun, Heather Schulze, Kate Jones and Chris Toolan.

Kate included Heather's phone number which I called. I spoke to Heather and she said she would talk to Kate and have her return my phone call. She never did.

I have filed charges against the two with the web police. I intend on pressing charges with the postal service on Monday.

If there is any way you can convince these two to return my money, I would be willing to drop charges. However, I do want their names to be on your bad trader list.

I found Kate at honeykiss09@aol.com.  She said that she mailed the card out almost 2 weeks ago. Even though I asked her to mail delivery confirmation, she said that she mailed it and had it insured.

She said that she would ask the post office about it. I asked her for a refund and she has not replied.

Heather Schultz has been suspended from eBay finally. She responded to our Negative Feedback on eBay that she would refund us--so she could continue to con bidders on her then listed auctions. Lies after lies! Sad--more negative feedbacks after ours for her non-delivery. No doubt more victims are out there. However, they cannot post any more feedback on her after her suspension.

ISELLTOYS and Rabbitfreak are both from Baltimore, sell the same items and have almost identical item descriptions. ISELLTOYS is using the email address, iselltoys2@yahoo.com. I was burnt by Heather, but have managed to get my money back. Now I want her put out of business. I have contacted her other buyers, as well as ISELLTOYS2's current bidders. In addition, I have corresponded to a lawyer who claims to represent her. He is requesting that all people who have been burned by Heather contact him at atkinson@law.com. Now I feel like an idiot for listening to the Atkinson emails assuring me that Heather was going to be refunding money.In any case, I will be filing a fraud report with iffccfbi.gov and I urge Heather's other victims to do so as well. Do not believe anything Atkinson says until you've got the money in hand.

I have sent $7 for 4 beanie display boxes and shipping. She answered few e-mails, and her last one she claimed her father died. If that's the case he should be spinning in his grave for what his little girl is doing to so many people!! $7 is not a whole lot, but it's the purpose. I don't have a lot of money and even if it was just a $1 it still isn't right. So as you can see she has ANOTHER e-mail address and she gave my the address of 3903 Nemo RD., Randallstown Maryland 21133-4007. So buyer BEWARE!!!!! I checked the trader list and fount a lot on her!! I was mad and mailed her to give her a piece of my mind. She claims she was making "amends" on paying back the people she scammed. Who knows. So on Thurs the day after I put her on traderlist, she mails me a confirmation #. As of today that number says there is no record of that #. So shes a plain out liar! So if you might be thinking of getting something from her I wouldn't recommend it.   Jenny

Hello, I put her name on the list on Aug. 23 about some display boxex she was suppose to send me. Well I have just recieved them today. She mailed me after I got angry with her and the next day she sent me a confirmation #. So the boxes have arrived and I thank her. She said she was trying to make amends with people she has scammed, so I think she is. It just took a little while, but I'm glad she kept her word to me. Goodluck everyone.

On August 30th I responded to a posting on the BBOT for a Jade New Face Teddy for sale for $175. The person posting used the BBOT user name of myfastmr2. After several e-mails were exchanged, I agreed to send a U.S. Postal Service money order to Chris Toolan, 3903 Nemo Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. I did so via Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation and e-mailed Toolan to advise of the date I mailed it. Toolan e-mailed me back asking for the delivery confirmation # so that it could be tracked and would advise me via e-mail once received. Toolan also advised that upon receipt, the Jade Teddy would be shipped immediately to my home address. I was notified on Sept 5th that the money order was received and that Jade Teddy would be shipped to me that day. I responded by asking for the delivery confirmation # so that I could also track Jade's shipment. On Sept 6th I e-mailed Toolan again asking about the delivery confirmation # and when Jade was shipped. I received a response with excuses as to why Jade wasn't shipped yet, and that Jade would be shipped the following day. On Sept. 7th Toolan e-mailed me again apologizing for not responding. Claiming to be out of town for a few days and forgot to mail Jade but would do so the following day. On Sept 8th Toolan advises me that Jade was mailed, I should receive him in a couple of days, and hopes I like him. Also can't find delivery confirmation number, has it someplace, and will e-mail me once it is located. That was the last I heard from Toolan. In the meantime, I was checking the BBOT daily and I noticed another posting by myfastmr2 for a Magenta New Face Teddy for the same price ($175). I responded by saying that I would love Magenta, but I'm still waiting for Jade. No response. I've sent at least six e-mails to Toolan since with no reply to date. Yesterday, I noticed a complaint (Bad Trader) posted by Debadger. I wrote to Dennis and we both agree that it is too much of a coincedence that both of us got ripped off by two different people in Randallstown, Maryland. I suspect that these people are working together (or may be the same person using alias'). Dennis informs me that yesterday he received 5 e-mails from people that also got taken from the same person he got ripped off by. Can you shed some light on this subject? Are these people working together, or are they related in some way? I think we should prosecute and bring these people to justice. I am taking your advice and filling out the necessary forms and posting on the Trader Lists. I attempted to post info on the BBOT, but my posting was declined by people at Ty as inappropriate (even though I was very careful to not name names, curse, etc.,).

Found the same mailing address: 3903 Nemo Road, Randallstown, MD 21133 with different names, Heather Schulze, Kate Jones, Lindsey Kalhoun all using same mailing address. This person posted beanies for sale on the BBOT Boards 8-30-01 and 8-31-01. They have also set up a new PayPal account under my-fast-mr2@home.com on 9-8-01. I have written emails daily since 9-14-01 with no response.

Just wanted to let you know that I have had phone contact with someone claiming to be John Toolan, Chris's dad. He said that Heather Schulze used to be his sons girlfriend. I explained to him that I had purchased a beanie baby from his son for $175 on 8-31-01 and he had cased the money order on 9-6-01, but I had never received the beanie baby. He said his son did not sell beanies, but he thought the girlfriend did. I told him that there were more people then just me that had sent his son money for beanies and that he needed figure out how we would be getting our money back. He took my name and number and said he would have his son call me. I guess we will have to wait and see. Also, I called my local police and he got in contact with the Baltimore Police. I was away when he called back this afternoon but he told me to call in the morning and he would tell me what he found out there. I did call the Yakima Police and was told I needed to go down to the court house to file a complaint. While I had the phone I thought I would just try the phone number listed on the traderlist site. A man answered and said he was Chris Toolan's father. His name is supposedly John. He told me Heather use to be Chris' girlfriend until about the middle of last month. I told him that his son owes me $175 and has scammed lots of other people too. He took down all my information and said he would call me back within the next couple days. I do not know if I was being scammed again, but this guy did sound legitimate. When I hear back from them, I will let you know

I just wanted to share with you what the Detective in my local Police Department just called and told me. He said that all these names were different people. Chris Toolan, Heather Schulze, Lindsey Kalhoun and Kate Jones.   Heather Schulze is Chris Toolan's ex-girlfriend. The 3903 Nemo Road, Randallstown, MD is Chris parents house. He lives there with them. Chris and Heather broke up the middle of September.  Also, he said that the Randallstown Fraud Unit and received a lot of complaints and that everyone involved need to file with the IFCC FBI Internet website. They will investiagate and this is how we may be able to get our money bakc.  He also informed my that Heather Schulze had been arrested earlier this month on embezzlement charges.  So, I guess we need to advice everyone to file the FBI forms and then call Fraud Unit in Randallstown.   The Fraud Unit number is 410-887-2190. Talk with Sgt. Myers or Corporal Privett.
