I bid and won one of her auctions for two lion statues., I than sent her a money order, which she emailed me and said she received,,,I had bids on other auctions of hers and won,,,but I she would not answer my emails, I was trying to pay with paypal but they said not accepting payments for her,I also tried the auctionworks homepage,where she has other products listed, because they send an email saying you can pay there, but it still had my first item up there which I had paid for, I than contacted ebay for her phone number, they have her as Daisy Samoun,I called her and she doesnt return phone calls either,,I than posted feedback for her and it was negative,when I went on to her feedback it seems she has scammed alot and I mean alot of people out of money in this past week she has almost 30 complaints.you would think ebay would kick her off, My question is can I file mail fraud charges since I used a money order and I have the receipt and also the email that said she received it, I have even sent her and email stating that I was going to do this, I dont think she cares, what more can I do ,,I have people emailing me to see if I received my merchandise, because they havent. I would appreciate your advice, and if you have a chance go to ebay and check out her feedback,,thanks so much,

My user ID for this auction is: quecan , I won jan-02-02, I paid for it right away, then I bought another one and it was suppose to be shipped together..... after excuses, and excuses (like, my puter crashed, my mother is sick...) I still have not received it, she offered to refund BUT never did, now she will not reply to emails, no return phone calls.

This transactions was completed on 1/31/02. The only e-mail that I received from her was below, 3/19!!!! Almost 2 months later. Can you help?

Hi, First off i would like to apologize to everyone that i have not gotten back to yet or that hasnt heard from me. I am writing this email in the hopes that you will accept my appology. I have had many issues in the past month or so from technical to personal and i havent been as responsible to you all as i should have been. As some of you know i experienced a total blow out with my old computer and was down for a few weeks. That has since been rectified (although right now my cable modem is down which is making things go very slow on my end). I wanted to let you all know that i have not disappeared and that I am trying my hardest to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. I wanted to let you know that i did receive a bunch and have not cashed them yet because of the issues i've been having, and i didnt want to cash them till i had these solved and i could honor my part of our transaction.

As for the people that are awaiting shipping. I am asking that you please have a bit of patience. I promise your items will be shipped and i am not here to rip anyone off. Unfortunately, in my personal life i have had a very rough month (from my mother being in the hospital and having surgery to my father passing away a couple weeks ago), and i have not been handling things well. But i PROMISE you that i am on top of it and will be doing my best to ship asap.

With all of these problems i've been having, i seemed to have needed to bury my head in the sand for a few weeks and in doing that neglected you and again my sincere appologies!! I came back to over 700 emails and that is why i am sending this email out now. I will be responding to each of your emails individually, but i wanted to let you know that I did receive them and i'm not ignoring anyone.

I hope that you will be able to give me a little bit of slack on these matters and have a bit of patience with me. I promise to get each order or issue squared away. Thank you in advance for your patience thus far and again i appologize for any inconvenience i may have caused. I will getting through the individual emails as quickly as i can. Thanks again,

I paid for an item I purchased thru Ebay over a month ago and have not received it. I received an e-mail a week ago filled w/excuses and promises. She has not responded to my e-mails or sent me a refund. I checked her feedback and was shocked to see so many complaints about her. I became her 52nd complaint. From now on I will check feedback before placing a bid w/a seller I'm not familiar with! I hope she can be stopped.....
