I had answered her ad On Swap Boards to buy 8 gift cards from her in december.  Toys r us, walmart and kb toys. Totaling 240.00---she still owes me $228.65 including the fee for the paypal on that 12.00 payment. She never made good. Took my paypal cash/credit and never sent me anything.  I have contacted her many times. She promised to pay me $20.00 in January, but when I did not get it, I contacted her again, by email. She paypaled $12.00 to me on January 20th with this note:

"I will send more when I can. Should be soon, if not before the 31st then on the 31st, I'll send more. Sorry for not sending when I said I would. Thanks for your patience".

Then I got this one from her 4/15.
