I'm hoping you may be able to help me. I've bought 3 items off ebay from lady user ID mylilypond.  I have used this lady before and not had problems, but now I haven't received items and she won't answer emails anymore. Having checked her feedback suddenly she is being left lots of negatives for not shipping items. I paid her with paypal and have reported her to paypal. But they dismissed two of the auctions immediately because it has been over 30 days, which doesn't give you much time if dealing with Australia does it?  The total for all 3 was $84.00 US dollars. Ferny 23.50, Garcia 23.50 + shipping 11.00 and Another Ferny at $17.50 + 8.50 shipping.

I won 2 auctions from this seller on Ebay & paid with an instant cash transfer, the money transaction through Paypal was completed immediately. It has been almost 4 wks and many email requests for shipping status/information, but have never received the beanies or even so much as a response. BEWARE of this seller. Her Ebay store name is Kaylenes Hard Rock Collector Items.

I purchased 3 Hard Rock Cafe shot glasses and received the last 2 I purchased. The first one purchased (Bangkok) was paid for February 10 or 11 and was never received ($14.00). I have called my credit card company as well as filing fraud on eBay.    Tami & Chris

I won Two Auctions From this Ebay Seller, and Paid for the Two Items, Via Paypal, Back on 2-11-2004, and to this day, still have not received my Items.

I got one email after paying, that she would be shipping my Items, and after that, I emailed several time, thinking they were lost, or that they were taking a long time coming from Australia, and received no response from the seller!

I then continued to email, as to where my Items were, and started getting "mail failure" notices, and all of my emails started bouncing back to me!

I then found out, that this ebay member, Is no longer a registered member?

I had some Insight that she may be selling under another user name and email address, so PLEASE DO BEWARE, As she had over 3,000 feedback, and still took my money, without my receiving my Items.

It Is a larger amount of money, for the two auctions paid for, that she has of mine, and I cannot afford to give money away to people, and not receiving my Items, and would like to buy the Items again, for my friend and I, and am Not at all Happy, and want a Refund, as soon as possible, and am working on that, and do not want any Items any longer from this person, If she works this way!

I contacted ebay, with not a whole lot of help, as they say they aren't responsible. I contacted Paypal, as I paid through them, but being I waited, thinking the package would take some time, or may be lost, and could still email the seller at that time, waited to long apparently, as paypal will not help after 30 days, which I believe to be unfair, as many International orders may take quite some time to arrive, and It's tough to tell If you are going to receive, In that amount of time, from some of the International destinations, as the mail can be slow, and am not pleased with that as well, and am emailing them on that Issue also.

This person, even with good feedback, has taken my money and Please beware of her out there anywhere, as she may also take your money, with no Items arriving to you, and we all need to stick together on these people that ruin It for the rest of us honest collectors!!!
