I won auction that ended Feb 26 -  TYS NEW ISSY NRSV DUTSH PAYPAL (Item# 563394491)  Price : $15.56  Seller User ID : mccyllough@eurekanet.com  It was presale guaranteed in 30 days. I have gotten nothing.

I won a auction on Ebay on Mar.11 for a Isssy. I sent the money to this person, and received NOTHING in return.......

I have written him several times and he has answered with all kinds of excuses......I have a lot of emails I have saved.... can you help me get my MONEY back.

On 2/27/01 I won an auction on eBay from user ID mccyllough@eurekanet.com for Issy The Four seasons Bear auction #563506891. To date I have not received the 2 Issy's and he refuses to answer my e-mails.  The auction was a presell Dutch auction. There were 51 bids altogether for 24 Issy's. In his bid sheet he says "This is a presell guaranteed to deliver with in thirty days of the end of the auctuon if not I will give option of refund. You can check my feedback." I have asked for my money back but no response. I have contacted another person on the list and he is in contact with her and 2 weeks ago he said he was in the process of mailing them out. My name is before hers on the bid list. I checked his feedback for other Issy auctions and found there was 7 Dutch auctions for 24 Issy's each auction. There was negative feedback of no response, no beanie. There was 3 people who received a beanie in these auctions according to feedback and one who received theirs was after my auction. These auctions closed from $15.56 to $20.00 for each Issy. A total of $2861.20, and not including the postage which was 6.95. eBay would not take a complaint because it was over 60 days. I did submit a complaint to PayPal. It is really not much fun to bid on these auctions anymore because of people selling counterfeits, or not providing the items they are selling. It is too bad the auction sites don't take this misuse of their sites more seriously. Thank you for listening. Carole

I Won a auction on ebay with 24 other people for izzy and checking my records noiticed i've been ripped off. I emailed all the others and they have responded with their emails telling me that they have been ripped off also. These traders have to be stopped. I will share this with all the others and start a file on this person and see if we can put a stop to this person ever trading again. Thanks. matt

I won a dutch auction from this seller in March and sent payment. Thirty days passed and no Issy so I requested a refund. He will not answer numerous e-mails and still no refund after months of waiting. I have contacted Paul Gerard at the prosecutors office in Pomeroy to see what he can do. With all the complaints lodged against Ken, he should no longer be allowed to sell on e-Bay! . If you check that feedback, you will see he is no longer a registered user.

In March I won this man's Dutch auction for 4 Issy bears and dully paid him $94.00 via PayPal. Just like everyone else I have neither heard nor received nothing since he took my money. Do these people have no scruples? $94.00 may be peanuts to him, but it represents a large loss to me.

I mailed payment to this man on 3/6 for 5 Issy Beanie Bears in the amount of $83.00. I have never received my beanies nor a refund. I have gotten a complete run around. First it was a 30 day dutch auction; I suppose I am too trusting because after realizing this man is a very dishonest person and I reported it to Ebay, it was past the sixty days to get protection coverage from them. I have gotten so many stories from him; the latest emails, he does not even answer. I HOPE NO ONE WILL TAKE A CHANCE TO ORDER FROM THIS PERSON. He is no longer registered with Ebay. It appalls me that there are so many dishonest people out there.

I sent them copies of printscreens from ebay and a letter explaining my problem with Ken. This is just a FYI it may help someone else....or all of us   If there is anything else I can do let me know. Thanks for all your help  Patty

I received a money order for the full amount Ken owed me, today. I hope everyone will get their money; it has been a long ordeal. I feel this man only refunded our money because he was in "hot water"; I certainly would not deal with him again.  Thanks     Nancy Bishop
