I entered a transaction for trade. My MWMT MCBear for their MWMT Magic & MWMT Seamore, I asked a 2nd time they make SURE items were MWMT & Authentic, they replied they were. We agreed upon a mailing date.I mailed on time, they mailed several days late.The minute I recd my end I emailed and ask to reverse trade, their items were non mint & dirty.A very long , nasty trail of emails follows. I sent their items back as I told them I would, they were supposed to have Returned mine. My tracking # is 2300 2730 0001 3749 1091......They have been picked up.  I have been incontact with several other people that have had and are having problems with them, they arent posting FB as they dont want the nasty emails from these people. where do I go next?  The original trade took place on KNK but they are down now and I am now using Up4trade and so is he. I emailed them and they said it wasnt connected to their board, all they could do was email him a request to return my item if he chose not to there wasnt anything they could do, and they said they could post a note on his account... but??? at this moment he has My MWMT MC Bear- which he stated himself was traded BEFORE I got my end of trade...and he has his own argged Beanies back... I returned them as I knew you would suggest. I did so with the proper Signature Confirmation required. ...This isnt the 1st time he has ripped people off Iam finding, but he is so nasty, no one left Neg FB, till YOU KNOW WHO!!   I have mailed their items back , signature confirmation, so I have a tracking # and receipt?   Thanks Lisa OH, This is email I got from another person he had a trade with:

Yes, I just did a trade with him. We agreed on a trade a week ago last Tuesday, my Clubby 1 Buddy for his Herschel. We were to ship to each other on the Thursday, Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation. I shipped as agreed and sent him my conf. #, no confirmation # from him. I e-mailed him and asked had he mailed my beanie and again requested dc. He told me he had lost my address and to please give it to him again and he would ship on Friday. Sent him my address again, Friday, still no conf. # or e-mail. Sent him another asking if parcel had been shipped and again the dc #. Told me he had to work all day Friday and hadn't been able to get to the Post Office but would mail on Saturday. Sent 2 e-mails to him on Saturday telling him that I had been on the USPS site and my beanie had been delivered, his reply was "stop worrying you'll get it, I mailed it today regular mail". All I can say is I certainly wouldn't trade with him again. He had good refs on knk and cn BUT they were only up to 2000, I believe. Only had a couple of new ones. There is still time for my beanie to get here especially if he sent it regular mail. I did see the awful feedback he left you, and I think he showed on a little of that side of himself in his last e-mail to me. As I said, this is the first time and the last time I would ever trade with this guy. It's not worth the hassle. Angela

Well, a lot of people have complained about lisa smith. So I am not the only one that has had trouble with this person. Just because she has thousands of feedback, does that make it okay for her to rip people off??? I sent her a MINT seamore and magic. Nothing was wrong with them at all. She complains that there is alot wrong with both of them. I asked her if she wanted to reverse the trade. Instead of cooperating, she HARASSES me! I am totally sick and tired of this. I have contacted the trader of the trading board and they just said to forget about it. This was my first bad experience compared to her sixth??? If you want to investigate mail fraud, then you investigate her. When I received the beanies back, there was only one thing wrong in which there was a crease on the tag of seamore which WAS NOT there when I sent it out. I dont want the beanies back when they are in horrible condition and have stuff all over them. She can not just let this deal go. She just wants to drag it on. If you want to investigate, then see if shes over the age of 18. This person is very immature and acts like a 15 year old. NOBODY LIKES LISA SMITH!!!

How do you know she did nothing to them? Were you there when she opened the package? And how do you know that she isn't a little kid and that she hasnt screwed anyone over. She had 5 negatives on knk and a bunch on ebay. But that doesnt mean anything, right? I thought a good trader had 0 negatives. But Lisa Smith is a perfect little angel, right? You can put me on bad traders lists or whatever you want, I dont care.

You dont have to notify me, when you put me on the bad traders list because I dont care. And if our feedback doesnt matter because knk isnt up anymore, then that means the trade doesnt matter because knk isnt up anymore! WE HAVE ALREADY DISCUSSED THIS WITH UP4TRADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY CAN DO NOTHING AS THIS TRADE HAPPENED AT A DIFFERENT WEBSITE. I WILL FILE HARASSMENT ON YOU IF YOU KEEP EMAILING ME!

I made a trade with Kenny Ross from Louisville,KY on Jan. either 12 or 13th. We traded my 2 MWMT Herschel bears for his PN Smitten & Dublin. I sent mine out Jan.15th w/ deliver confirmation # 0301 0120 0005 4000 1245. It made it there Jan.17th at 1:40 pm. I kept e-mailing him again and again and got excuses. First the computer crashed, then him &his wife went out of town and they were just getting their mail. I kept e-mailing them with no answers. I post on up4trade for him to get a hold of me. His wife e-mails me and asks me for details, I give them to her and she says she will send my Herschels back to me. The e-mails got nasty and she accused ME of being untruthful and dishonest. I have perfect feedback on u4t and at feedbacksite. I am an honest trader who decided to trade with him even though he had that one negative posted on his feedback. I have all the e-mails they sent to me and I am believing that I am not going to see my Herschels again. I need your help. I am not getting anywhere with them. Please help. Crystal Woodward

Her name is Brenda Pugh...email BeanieAddict88@aol.com   She agreed to sell me some beanies. We exchanged addresses and I sent her a check. Three days later, she told me the deal was off and she ripped up my check. Not believing her, I spent $25 to cancel the check to which she has not reimbursed me. Needless to say, we had a contract and she broke it. She has also made trades with people and broken them as well, sending back what she received. Her address is:

I agreed to trade my Pompey for her Can-e, Seamore and Magic on Jan 23rd. I have received no emails from her to confirm that she has posted my beanies or she has received mine. I tried to email her and she is no longer a registered of AOL. All I want is my beanies and the matter will be dropped.

on Jan 30, I agreed to a trade on up4trade with Brenda Pugh, aka beanieaddict88@aol.com for my speckles x 2 and 98 holiday tedd beanie for her nectar beanie. I had my husband to mail immediately since I was working the weekend. I then emailed her to tell her they were on the way and asked when she would mail mine...no answer. Emailed her on about wed. the following week to let her know that I hadn't received hers and mine should be there by now...was it? She replied that none had arrived and she didn't mail mine until Sat. I emailed frequently starting on Friday eve. when no beanies had arrived. No answer to any. Finally on Sat nite, Late, "husband" answered email and said she was at work and he would have her get back with me the next day. I asked if my beanies had arrived yet and he said he didn't think so because they hadn't received any pkgs there lately. I waited and nothing from her.....then emailed that if I didn't hear from her within the next 2-3 days, would have no other option than to leave neg f/b for her, contact the Traderlist, FBI internet fraud unit, and her local police dept as well as post office. I was nice but firm. I immediately got a reply from"hubby". Nasty letter. DON'T THREATEN HER, etc. He stated that they worked opposite shifts (her 3rd, him 1st) and unlike other people who have nothing better to do but sit in front of computer, they had lives. Also stated that they had lost a son recently (implied that he died) and she was very depressed. I said ok, but please have her get back with me. I waited 2 days and then emailed her. Came back not a valid user of AOL. Looked her phone # up and it has been disconnected also.
