i won 5 auctions from this seller lionk9 and paid thru paypal sept 14/03.sellers name is kevin kruse,in his auction it says leesburg va. but ebay says it is alpharetta ga. no responce from seller to many emails, no product received.3 complaints recently on ebay from other auction winners.i will be posting neg feedback on this seller. can i be reimbursed for my auctions that i have paid for. i also notified ebay of this problem but no reply from them.auction 3144450835,3144450629,3144450831.3144451087,314451172.thank you and please advise.

my 5 auctions were payed thru paypal sept 14/03 and the id was
3hn13021f6178200y. we only paid $21.95 for these auctions so i guess we wont
be able to collect anything because of the value. we have sent him emails
daily and have had no reply and no product.how many more id`s does he have
and how many is he using to sell and rip other people off. if anyone can
ever get ebay and paypal to reply he could be suspended.i see why people
get so frustrated at trying to report to paypal as there are way to many
steps to follow which are not in order and well what can we say about ebay!
they are eager for their tranaction fees but certainly dont reply to your
emails so i consider this a lost cause but i would like to thank you for
your prompt and courteous reply and perhaps paypal and ebay could take notice.

Cautionlist tried many times to contact lionk9. First emails got through
but the later ones were returned with message that they could not be delivered
as there was too much email in his box. Ebay now has him as unregistered
member and he has more bad feedback on his feedback page. He gave ebay
the name of Kevin Kruse and an address of Leesburg, Va but the phone number
he gave is a Georgia one and listed to last name of Kim. I am still trying
to get more accurate information on him.

I contacted this seller several times over a 4 week period for shipping
cost. I finally heard from seller that this was her husbands ebay account
and he was in the army over seas and she was just now aware of his sales.
I emailed her back that I had already purchased another item. That was the
extent of our conversations.
