Comments: This person advertised an item (a Panasonic DVD recorder) on an EBAY auction. I bid on the item and won the auction for $450. I corresponded with this person before I sent payment. After I sent a cashier check for payment of the item, I have not heard from the person and have not received my DVD recorder. This person has cashed the cashier check, but still no merchandise and no return correspondence. I subsequently found out that the person gave false contact information to EBAY and now have no way of tracking this person down.
