This person also held auction on Collectingnation under many aliases...He has typically used Glendale, CA as his address but recently began using bogus names, addresses and phone numbers...The way to look for him is that he holds dutch auctions for rare beanies starting at around $40-$50 (example Flash)...also has sold Libeartys with upside down flags...now, most people have reported that these items have been fake...Report him to the postmaster and also to his local police department...I can imagine that they already know his name. I won this sellers auction on ebay June 15th for a Buckingham beanie MWMT for the amount of $56.00 with $6.00 for postage. I immediately emailed Skyairtrader to let him know that I was the winner and give him my address and secure what form of payment he accepted. He sent me a very nice email and told me to send either a postal money order or cashiers check to K. Kouyou at 466 Foothill Blvd #342, La Canada, California 91011. He also said that he accepted paypal and that would be fine also. I don't do mail to much can go wrong so I notified him that I would be sending him payment through paypal but it would be on the 23rd of June. I asked if this would be a problem and he emailed me right back and said that it would be fine to do it the way I just described. On June 23rd I sent him $56.00 for beanie and $6.00 for postage and an additional $1.50 for insurance and delivery confirmation and asked in the remittance advice that he send me the tracking number when he shipped. I explained why the extra money and what I expected for it. For some reason I decided to use an e check from my account don't know why just did so it had until the 25 or so before it was released to him. I emailed him as soon as it was released and I was notified by Paypal that he had to money to please advise me of what method of shipping he would be using, when he would be shipping, reminded him of the extra money for insurance and delivery confirmation, and requested that he send me the delivery confirmation number so that I could track the shipment. For 4 days straight I send him email and he didn't reply finally on the 2nd of july he sent me mail and said what did you win? I emailed him the site of the winning auction, a copy of the receipt from paypal and the email confirming that he had received the payment. He sent back mail that I would have it in 3 or 4 days because of the holiday. I patiently waited until the Friday after the 4th of July and still no package, no information on shipping and no delivery confirmation number. Then I started emailing him at least twice a day. Went to his ebay ratings and saw that he had gone private and that he had evidently received several complaints or something. I emailed him concerning this ALSO. Have not heard a word from him since the 2nd of July. I received email telling me that I needed to check this site and see what was going on. I contacted SquareTrade, Paypal, my bank, National Fraud information center, Internet Fraud complaint center, I even called him and got a recording in spanish. Left message and to date he has not replied to me, SquareTrade, Paypal. I have emailed the Attorney General Bill Lockyer in Sacremento and Pat on this website concerning this matter. I told Mr Kouyoumjian that I was going to do all of this if he didnt contact me and explain or send the beanie so that I had it by Wednesday, July 11th, or I expected a full refund by that same date. I have heard nothing and he has not contacted anyone else as of this posting to explain. I am in the process of emailing other winners from his site to see if the same or similar thing has happened to them with this seller. I will be contacting ebay Fraud tonight to file formal complaint also. Perhaps if more than one complaint comes in Ebay will pull his current items that are on the ebay auctions and have not closed. If anyone has had any dealings with this seller, or can offer any other suggestions on what to do, please feel free to contact me. Ebay used to be a great place to find that special bean that you couldn't find anywhere else. Now it is becoming a haven for rip off artist, scam artist and plain old trash that probably can't make a living anyother way but to do it illegally, sucking poor unsuspecting bidders dry and expecting us to sit back and take it quitely. I am a fighter and have nothing to lose but time so whatever it takes I will follow this through till the end.!   Teddi Nachreiner

This person sold me a Ty Radar Beanie Baby that appears to be a counterfeit one.

Obviously I got taken with a fake Saura beanie from this seller on 3-bay. Is anything being done to storm the fraud forms at e-bay. I've registered a formal fraud charge and I'm suppose to get all of my money back except for $25.00. Can we open the eyes of e-bay if we all request our money back because of the fraud? I also want to help others from getting taken. How can I caution unsuspecting bidders of the problem?

I have purchased ten beanies from this man for $220.00 on June 12th and have never recieved them and don't want them now as I'm sure he sells fakes. He answers my e-mails but keeps playing dumb. says he has sent them but I haven't recieved them and then he says he'll send my money back but doesn't. I won an auction from this seller and he sent me a counterfeit Sakura Beanie Bear. When I sent him email, he didn't answer, and when he finally did he was nasty...stated the bear is "real" because he bought it from TY. How could he buy it from TY when this bear was made in Japan???? Now I'm stuck with the bear and am out $78.00! I'm also wondering how he managed to get 600+ feedbacks when he's only been on eBay for a month??? Now he has changed his feedback to "private". Wish there was some justice.

Sent me a fake Radar!!! Is supposed to be sending me a refund!

skyairtrader or Kevork Kouyoumjian has given me a full refund including shipping on all ten beanie babies I purchased from him. I also requested that he send me an extra twenty dollars for me to ship all beanies back to him via registered mail so he has to sign for them as this way he can't say I didn't send them back as there will be a paper trail to prove I did.I strongly advise everyone in my position to do the same thing and make sure it's not at your exspense as why should all us victoms of fraud be out any more money than we already are.

This seller sold me a COUNTERFEIT Coral. I had other bids but I am not going to pay for them now that I know he sell fake beanie babies. He has also had previous accounts with ebay and more than one at the moment on ebay. This seller lists about 3 of them same beanies a day and that makes it very obviouse they are fakes. No one knows though as they just add to collection, but if you bought from him, I advise you authenticate them so you know the TRUTH about this seller. He needs to be stopped as he is ripping all of us off. Thank you for reading this message and hope you get your money back like I will.

I won three Coral beanie babies from this seller and sent one money order. The beanies were recieved right away. However, after receiving an email from an ebay buyer that got taken, I came here and am shocked to find the horrible list of complaints against this person. What should I do? Pay to have the beanies authenticated? Or just request a flat out refund from him? I am so confused and scared. Please help.

I was sent three counterfeit Coral beanies. I had two of them authenticated and they came back fake. I emailed George and he promised a refund when I sent the three of them back. He emailed me during this whole fiasco, but now that he has the beanies back as well as my money he won't reply to my emails. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought 2 beanie bears from him and took them to have them authenicated and found out they are both fakes. I paid $51.00 for both of them. I tried emailing him and can not get a reply asking for a refund. Please help if anyone knows any new information about this person.
