We confirmed a trade, my Holiday 01 Buddy for her Clubby 4 Silver beanie. I sent out my end of trade, which she received on November 12, 2002 at 4:16 p.m. I have contacted her numerous times will no response. I did check her feedback, which was good. But apparently not. I have pleaded with her to contact me and to send out the beanie promised. No reply as of today, November 22, 2002

I received an email from MTbearluver@msc.com on 12/5/02. She said that you contacted her re:Kimberly Mattox. Just wanted to let you know that I also traded with her on 11/7 or 8. Sent her a 2002 Holiday bear for Poofie & Oats. She said she would mail her end & date I have not received. I sent her e-mails that she has not responded to. I thought maybe her computor may be down, but not if she traded with Lorali on 11/22 it wasn't. Another bit of info, in our 1st e-mail she told me she used to trade under another name also. I believe it was "suz" "bean" . Thats not the correct name, but it was something like it. I have also contacted all the names on her feedback on KNJ & noone has responded. I wonder if she set those up herself. I dont know how to track to see if this is so. Maybe you do. I also let Kimberly know this week that if I had not heard from her I would post negative feedback. Still no reply.  hanks for any help you can be in getting this person off the boards or letting others beware.   Thanks Kathy

On 10/17/02 I was emailed by Kimberly Mattox about a trade on the trading site Kim and Kevin's Collectibles. We agreed on a trade that we were both happy with. I was to send her 2 Mint Ty Buddies and 1 Mint Ty Beanie for 2 Playstation 1 games and a Playstation cheat book. On 10/18/02, I sent her my end of the trade via the U.S. Post Office. I have the delivery confirmation receipt with the number in my hands (0300 1290 0000 8144 4385). She received my package, and as of 11/05/02 I have received nothing from her and now she won't answer my emails or get in touch with me. The total value of items I have mailed her totals about $30.00. I believe she will try to get other trusting traders to send her their itmes as well and do the same thing to them that she has to me.

I only received my stuff from her after I threatened to turn her into the police and filed a internet fraud report on her.   Jen

When knk closed I got an email letting me know about a new site up4trade.com I signed up with up4trade and started getting bombarded with emails asking for feedback. I received an email from Kim Mattox and thought the name sounded familiar so I posted feedback for her on up4trade and she did the same for me well a few days later I noticed her email was the same but her name had changed on my feedback page to Silver Majick/ not sure of spelling but when I saw that I thought that was weird and checked my delivery confirmation tickets and didn't find one with her name & I went and updated her fb to show I had not dealt with her. Well, tonight I was on the board and saw someone post with info asking if anyone had heard of her well I emailed and said yes, I had left a fb for her- the person emailed me and said she had traded with her and her email was not valid anymore - soooooo, I went to my feedback page to see if by any chance her new email was there and sure enough there it was - new name too- new name is Silver Jaden on up4trade and new email is jaden_civic@msn.com

This is just an update on Kimberly Mattox from Chesterfield Twp, MI.... She has resurfaced on BBOT now using the user id of sakuramoon. Her new email address is evo8_eclipse@msn.com. She is also trading on Addies Attic using the user id of SILVER_SAKURA. I had dealings with her in January when the upswing for up4trade started. She lied and said she shipped when she didn't then shipped a package to my address but addressed to someone else. I know there were several people at the time having problems with her and I think that most of them did end up receiving their trades from Kim but long after the time they should have. I think she is a very untrustworthy trader. She has had several identities and email addresses. Please check her traderlist page.
