I bought 24 dizzy the dog (pink and blue ears) from her on meta exchange.actually i put in a buy order and she matched it on september 7,2001.our e-mails went back and forth as to whether she had more of them or not then i "beamed" payment to her by pay-pal on september 13,2001 i had ask for her address for my files here but i didn't get it from her but when i didn't receive the beanies i contacted her then contacted meta exchange for help as $294.00 to me is alot of money to lose.she was giving me the runaround in her e-mails so i felt i did need for meta to be involved plus i also contacted pay-pal as well.meta exchange gave me the address and phone number but one of her e-mails had a phone number on it.in my contact with ms kriss frohribs she told me i didn't have anything to worry about as i was receiving e-mails from 2 different e-mail address and i was concerned about that as well.she told me to check her out on e-bay and the other e-mail was her sister's after she got thru with it,but i believe now with all the contacts i have had they both was hers as e-bay fraud told me that they couldn't give me any information about her but they could tell me that she was no longer a register seller on e-bay.so she gave me her id's and that is how i got in touch with the people that she had also ripped off.i do know she had a lower rating on meta exchange though i do not know with whom she was involved with on meta as they are not like e-bay or yahoo nobody can see the people who rates or there is no visible ratings on anybody on there.at the time i went in to see about hers i saw a 4.6 with 200 transactions so i know it was more bad than good.i also want to say that the police department i talked too had pretty much saw only what she wanted them to see but he never told me to back off and i really don't appreciate her saying that if it was not true as i am going to e-mail him again about that comment or should i just let that be??i am at my wits end as i don't want to lose my money but if i have to go to wisconsin i am going to sue this lady for it back plus expenses because i do know i am right.i also told the post office why could they not check out their records as see if she was teling the true and they are looking in to it as they say she owes me.i don't have a scanner but i could fax you a copy of any of the papers they have sent me if you need them just say the word.i am just so grateful that you do what you do and i hope you can help all of us.i will also say that according to pay-pal she should have a tracking number or at least proof that she mailed them to me which she doesn't have because she never shipped them to me.anyway i am starting to repeat myself so i will stick to more facts now.this is what i have on her information.

please let me know what else i can do as i just want to get my money back but if i can't get it back i do want the rest of the internet world to know watch out for this is a bad apple!!! i am really amazed as i looked thru the bad traders list and saw how many times people change their names and id's but still wind up crooks!! there are 2 or 3 names on that list that got me in the past and i guess that is why i am not going to let up on this lady or anybody else that trys to rip me off anymore.i am going now to forward the e-mails from pay-pal and all that i have from others.i also would like to know as i was told that kriss would have to come to court here as she contacted me and so i bought from my computor so it would be here.the detective i spoke with said under wisconsin law it was different.his name is Robert Quant and if you need his phone number it is in the e-mail i will be forwarding you. thank you again,   debbie king

SHE WAS REFUNDED THROUGH PAYPAL. THIS IS SPAM. OSHKOSH POLICE HAS INVESTIGATED THIS AND SHE WAS TOLD TO BACK-OFF.

I sure hope you can help me! I know that a little money isn't much to worry about, but the lies this woman has  told is unbelievable! I won an auction of 25 infant toys item #1276212430 which ended Sept. 20, 2001. I paid by personal check which was cashed and returned to me. The story ends there. No toys ever came. No money was refunded.  Lies were told. Such as: My husband threw away the box I was going to mail you, I'll send replacements, I moved and can't find anything, I'll be mailing it in 2 weeks, Me and my 3 kids are almost homeless, Yadda yadda yadda  I filed a complaint with squaretrade. They got no response from her either. She owes me 14.00 and I want it! There is now a principal here. She is making tons of money cheating people and I want her stopped. Her ebay trader name that I bought from was totsntreasure.   Thanks    Julie

We won an ebay auction and send her the money. Weeks went by we did not recieve our merchandise. We emailed her and she said her system went down, she lost our address and to send it to her again, so we did. Still no merchandise, we emailed her again this time she said she shipped it. Weeks went by and no merchandise, we emailed her again this time she said she couldn't find the trace number and would look. Still no merchandise, emailed her again, once again a different excuse. We then contacted ebay but it was way over 30 days so they would do nothing. Our contact was with tycinnamon. It is ridiclous that people are allowed to get away with conducting business like this. She has ripped off several people and I guess she figured everyone would just drop it. But she needs to be stopped she makes a bad name for internet trading.

I won an auction on Ebay. Then she didn't email me for several days. Finally she emailed me and if I was going to pay by Paypal add 50 cents. This is illegal to charge for Paypals services and it wasn't stated in the auction so I mailed a check. The check was cashed, but the item never came, so I emailed. She said she thought she mailed it and would get back to me. Never got back to me, but would open my emails, because I traced them to see if they were opened. Found out from Ebay that she was suspended because she was bidding on her own auctions with another one of her accounts. She claims she is sending refunds, and I haven't seen 1 penny yet.  Thanks Sharon

I ordered an outfit from her and paid her immediately on the 6th of September. She said she would ship it the next day priority mail. I have never received it and I have written her several emails to find out what happened and she will not respond to any of my emails. I think she may be just stealing money from people and ebay should strip her of her sales privileges. I am considering discontinuing being an ebay buyer because of this.

I never sent money for beanies...I sent repeated emails requesting the total due as per my instructions for that particular auction on eBay. She never responded and then I left negative comment for her and she retaliated and left me negative saying she had sent beanies and I would be receiving them soon. She obviously didn't know what she was talking about. It is my opinion that she needs to pay more attention to what she's doing. Judging by the number of people who have contacted me regarding this person she's made a lot of enemies.

AS I said in my previous email to you, this woman had threatened me and my children and I have already been in contact with the police in my area. They told her there would be no criminal charges against me. She has been refunded already thrpgh paypal. I have never had a [roblem with ebay and just recently moved becasue if a divorce and alot of thingfs were tossed or lost in the move becasue I left my home quickly. Refunds were sent to those affected. I mailed Deb King her package well before this occured and have a receipt with date. She asked for no insurance or tracign so it was not provided. Sent paypal to seller, never recieved item, nor has she replied to any emails. Judging from her ebay feedback, and this website, she does this a lot. There is NO excuse fpr frauding THIS MANY people. I have contacted Paypal, ebay, the Detective , and other bidders. I want either my doll or my $31.50 back!!!
