I traded a tagless Libearty in return for two retired beanies from
Lyn1997@aol.com. We both agreed to mail out 1/29/98, last Thursday, priority
mail. I sent mine return receipt. On Tuesday I received my return receipt
back. I e-mailed her right away to let her know her package did not arrive.
She said sorry I shipped on Friday. She also said if you don't get the package
by Wednesday, let me know. I e-mailed her yesterday stating that I was very
concerned about this package especially where priority mail is 2-3 days anywhere
in the U.S. I left my phone number and asked her to please call me. I e-mailed
her again today. I am concerned that she has not tried to get in touch with
me. I feel that I should have either received my beanies or have heard from
her by now.
Update: February 8, 1998
She has changed her screen name. She used the following for references:
Ladyhawk65@aol.com
Cher680@aol.com
gken23@aol.com
jhilfiher3@aol.com
She has scammed a lot of people. If you're interested, I can forward some
e-mail. Let me know if you want me to do that. I don't want to flood you
with e-mail that you don't want. We have police in Ohio and Hillsdale, Michigan
ready to start an invesigation tomorrow. We think she is Ladyhawk65, Celeste
Sherer of Scranton, Ohio. I think she is Cheryl R. St.Bernard of 1436 Highland
Way, Monroe, MI. That is an address I found that matches Cher680@aol.com

I am working with the Ohio and Michigan authorities regarding these
individuals. I have noticed they have appeared on your site as bad traders.
I am in the process of compiling a list of victims for the Ohio/Michigan
police so that they will have sufficient evidence to prosecute. I was wondering
if you could place a general notice to all those who visit your site to email
me with the details of the transaction in which they were involved. I will
keep all information confidential except to the extent that it is released
to the proper authorities.
