well if it wasn't for bad luck I guess I would have no luck at all. I need your help again. On 4/22 I got an email for letlive40@aol.com saying that she noticed that I was outbid on one of her auctions and that she had Billionaires 1, 2,& 3 for sale for $275.00 and would I be interested, I went back and bid on another set she had and won that auction.. Sent letlive40@aol.com $178.00 via paypal for these bears. I have emailed this individual 6 times since the auction closed on 4/24. She finally emailed me on 5/4 saying that she had to go out of town on an emergency, no emails from her prior regarding shipment of these bears. My last email to her was yesterday and she still have not responded to that. I've left her negative feedback, file a non-shipment complaint with yahoo and Paypal.

Letlive40 finally sent the bears. Letlive40 is the person I got Billionaire 1, 2 & 3 from which all are counterfeit, and no she did not send me a refund. I still have the bears here. I emailed her last night about a refund and she emailed me back saying that all sales were final, so I told her that I would let you know what was said between our emails.

I have email them quite a few times and have not heard from them at all. I have filed a Postal fraud as well as the Internet and have not heard from anyone. I have also file with yahoo as MIS Presented merchandise stating that they were all counterfeits. I got an email from another user that thinks this is another one of those scam rings using numerous user names and email address, but I haven't been able to link any of them yet. Thanks Angie

I am sending you what I have on letlive40 and my counterfeit beanies,they would not refund my money. I bidded on the Old and New face Teddys. I paid $207.50. That includes the shipping and handling. I notified e-bay fraud,BBB in Washington and the postal fraud My winning ID572960506 Old and New Face Teddy.

I finally got the name of let40live. I got the information from Paypal. The name that's registered under that account is Elizabeth LeDuc. I guess the next thing to do is go to the attorney general's office in WA. She still claims she sent a refund through paypal, which I never got. I emailed her and told her that I have her name and with that info I can now go the the Attorney Generals office. Her reply was, "I sent you a refund so what is your problem?" Anyway maybe now she'll do something. Will let you knon if she does.  Thank   Angie

Seller has auctions on Yahoo! under above ID. They all are  counterfeit. In ad he puts 'generation' of tush and hang tag, so obviously he knows enough to "claim" knowledge of the products, yet they are all counterfeits. I looked for help and noticed this board, Found he is listed here under Lakeside Enterprise, but used Ledoux, Inc. on his new paypal account. Billionaire 1, 2 & 3 along with all his NF Teddy's are counterfeit. He has a website now listing all his beanies, with tush and hang tag generations. Have contacted Yahoo!

Posted here and got several emails with same complaints. Talked to Pat about situation, and sent a request for money through paypal for refund (that is how I paid for them). They cancelled the first three requests, but I emailed them once more allowing them "one more shot" before 'seeking legal remedy for their actions'. Got a refund through Paypal next day. Forwarding beanies to Ty.

They have also posted a complaint to paypal for the refund they gave me stating that it was an auction and that I did not send them the merchandise. I talked to a detective in my home town, and he said to definately send them to Ty, Inc because if I mailed them back, I was committing the same "mail fraud" or "distribution of counterfeits" as they were by sending me the counterfeits in the first place. I wrote this to Paypal, but have not received any word what's going to happen.

I bid on and won an older beanie from this seller then, as I ALWAYS do, did a user information query at Ebay. When I got her "pay to" information, the name and address was Virginia Reeder, Tacoma, Washington. The name on the Ebay registration was XXXXX Miami,FL. When I confronted the seller about the discrepancy AND requested a guaranteen of AUTHENTICITY she did not reply and relisted the item along with other COUNTERFEIT older beanies. Ebay refuses to suspend this criminal because of insufficient evidence. I would like to request that anyone with extra time on their hands get to work and try to get ebay to suspend this person both for false registration information and for selling counterfeit goods, a federal violation!! THANKS.

Ordered 8 beanies. Paid through Paypal. Asked if they were real. Claimed they knew little about beanies. I asked them to check out Beaniemom.com before sending to save us both hassles. They said they would. Asked the next a.m. if they did that, was told they had already been shipped. I knew by this time they were most likely fake and SunGod was playing dumb. I told them if I received fake beanies I would send them to Ty and I would want a full refund. I found Lakeside listed on the bad traderlist so I requested a refund through Paypal. SunGod then claimed they were going to give me a refund but they couldn't because I had gone to Paypal instead of them. Based on their prior record, I had no option but to go through Paypal as SunGod does not have a good track record on refunds. By the way, the beanies that were supposibly mailed so therefore could not be checked to see if they were fakes...they have never arrived and it's been several weeks. Do not buy the older beanies for cheap...they will be fakes. Be careful with this seller as they sell under Featured Items on Yahoo

Hi, my name is Jackie and I just ordered 2 beanies from sungod0083@aol.com (Lakeshore, Inc. in Tacoma, WA) and just mailed off $76.00 to her yesterday. I just saw your warning about her. I only wish I would have gotten this two days ago. It never would have gotten sent. Anyway, I just wrote her and told that my husband got layed off work and that I would not be able to get the two beanies, as much as I really did want them and to please return the $76.00 to me and that I was so sorry about doing this, because I have never done it before.
